Most of the time no problems whatsoever. Whoever closed on Sept 23 needs to learn some manners. I left work early to try and make it on time to mail out a package but unfortunately a poorly timed train stopped that from happening. I rushed in at 4:59 on the dot hoping someone would be holding things up for just a few minutes prior to closing. Nope. This guy already had the door closed and locked. In the snobbiest voice I’ve heard in a long time he just says “closed.” How’s about “I’m sorry sir we just closed.” In an apologetic tone. Nope just a snobby one word response and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. Just gonna use the NLR one when cutting it close since they actually stay open an hour and a half past regular business hours. When people are actually able to go to the post office.

How can you screw up a picture when it is your job to take pictures? Well, these inept troglodytes did. I am trying to fly my Niece out here to Germany over Christmas (I am military btw) so I can show her that her hard work in school pays off. I am rewarding her for a job well done. We were planning this since June. She is very excited. About 2 months ago we applied and sent her passport away, they took the initial photo there. Now we get it back saying the picture is too bright. So they re-shot the picture but it still looked too bright. They said it was ok and resent the picture. I am angry that the photo was bad in the first place. The level of complacency is unheard of. If this place ruins my Nieces trip, all because someone failed photography class, I want to see the individual fired and someone else hired who puts some pride in their job. On top of that, I would like to see reimbursement of all the expenses up to this point since it was your fault the trip was canceled and I want that individual to personally apologize to my Niece for letting her down. Let us pray that doesnt happen.

They have not delivered mail in six full business days post office is supposed to be rain sleet snow. Got some snow and they don’t even come out I get it for a couple of days let it clear up but when you’re delivering down the main road today and yesterday you would think you would deliver everybody’s but they just skip the roads and won’t come down the side roads. It’s ridiculous never had the post office not deliver mail because of some snow. Even said they were today when called in so it was a lie ..

Not sure where it happened but both of the packages I sent were completely crushed and their solution was for me to pay 11.00 more (for a small 7.00 package) for it to be classified as fragile the next time.Not to mention my boxes have been way late before. Staff doesnt care and they arent paid to care.Post Offices are great for small envelopes and mail but otherwise its a dice roll.

One of the best post offices ever. Totally customer service oriented. We love our post office.

Attempt to deliver PKG on Monday Jan 6, I was at front window when mail ran, never walked to my door, I then received a msg sorry we missed you, you werent available to sign, left notice ..NOT!! no notice, and I was home,So msg gave me option to reschedule delivery, so I did, for Wednesday Jan 8, 2020Again Wednesday I sat by window @ 2:57@ 3:01 mail pulls up to my neighbors box and then to mine @3:03, closed my box and leaves, @3:04 I I get a text at the exact time truck pulls away,, PKG delivered, left with individual,. Not only did the carrier NEVER get out if truck, but pkg was not delivered,Oh and he left a notice for a different letter Sorry we missed you, we have item for you, which we could not deliver bc it requires postage dueAgain let me be clear,, he/she NEVER got out of the truck. And of course you cant call the Post Office, you have to call USPS customer service..Now they have 72 hours to respond or deliver PKG. We will see if that happens,, And this isnt the first time this has happened either..

This is a great little post office. I recently moved to the area and the folks here have been nothing but helpful and friendly. It would be nice if they opened earlier than 8:30 but thats only a small inconvenience.

People here are very helpful and very nice, (people who dont even work there are very nice) very patient with you. Its a small place but very nice and lovely people you get the respect you deserve.

Whoever delivers my mail from the post office is so lazy to get out and put our mail into are mail box or come and put boxes at our door and knock. They claim we block our mail box all the time or arent home in the morning even though we dont leave for work until later in the day. Im so sick and tired of our mailman or maillady, they need to get out of their vehicle and bring us our mail and stop putting on the mail blocked mail box. Im at the point I hate the post office for hiring lazy people who cant do their job.

Have had 3 different lost packages in the past week absolutely shittiest ive ever seen. Will not EVER us the USPS for packages again.

Extremely lazy postal workers especially the ones who deliver the mail who can not get out of their vehicle to put it in the box so they say the box was blocked when it wasnt. Poor service
