Friendly management. The grounds are kept up. Easily accessible from hway 5 exit. I did take advantage of the insurance and 24 hr access options. Well worth the money.

Very, very friendly. It’s a good location and it clean and the security is great. It’s my first time ever having to get a storage unit and I’m happy about my selection and won’t ever go else where. Recommended to everyone.

Its about average for storage units but one inconvenient thing is access through the gate either way is prohibited after 9pm.

They are an awesome storage unit company, Ive used them almost a yr and half now any problems Ive had was taken care of if not the same day within 24hrs.

One thunderstorm and my entire unit flooded :)Also, we let them know we are military and were having our stuff picked up to be shipped overseas on the 4th of the month. They refused to prorate our last month, so we ended up having to pay $85 for 4 days of storage.

Both Wendy and John are wonderful friendly and courteous. The facility always looks beautiful. If John is out checking things he will stop to see if everything is alright and they will ask if theres anything they can do to help.And the rates are very reasonable for a gated and secured facility. 👍👍😃😃

So far this place is sucking, first my name was spelled wrong, than the lock was wrong and now that we moving stuff in my pin don’t work and it’s nobody here for after hours, no number or nothing and here it is about to rain we’ve rented a trailer for nothing a waste of money not to add on the fact the this place was 130 already. I gave two star because they lady I talked was nice over the phone and signing up. But everything else the ball has been dropped

Ive been using this storage facility for two years now. My only complaint is that when I first rented storage, it was a 24 hour facility, which is great because during the summer, daytime hours are miserably hot and awful, and it is more comfortable to do stuff during night time hours. But now its not an option. You have about 30 mins to hour in evening to do anything and about an hour to hour and a half in morning during summer before it is too hot to do anything. The owners are very nice, understanding andAccommodating in every way except for the open hours change.

Ive had stuff stored at Budget Self Storage in Cabot for over a year now, and I have been very pleased with my experience. The staff has been so wonderful to work with; very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are nice and the prices are just right.

New owner gave the benefit of the doubt at first.....wrong!Dealing with mass water run-off during rains washing over my drive ways. Mass quantity of led flood lights shinning directly on my house, lot on my end (Westbrook housing on Redfield Dr.) piles of construction junk, poured excess concrete on fire dept. lot and now lining up vehicles along fence side of my house and Redfield dr.GREAT FOR PROPERTY VALUE !!OH LETS NOT FORGET THE STADIUM SIZE OPEN SIDE STORAGE UNIT BUILT NEXT TO MY HOUSE..........one point: the new manager seems to be good person.
