Awesome people and awesome service! With parts being scarce right now, Hillenburg was able to get me AC within the week. Josh Graves and Cody Lawson were great while installing my brand new system. They were very friendly, professional, and quick with the install. I am now sitting in a comfortable home in the middle of a heat wave because of them. Plus the units come with a terrific warranty. Thank you Hillenburg for making our summer more pleasant.

Nick and Christian just installed a whole new heat and air system for my house. All I can say is WOW. These guys were incredible. They showed up on time and got started immediately with ripping out the old system. One of them noticed that I didnt have pressured treated lumber as the base for my old unit. So one of them went and got a piece to make it right. They were pleasant from start to finish even in the 97 degree heat. Nick knew I was concerned about my line set. He took the extra time and pulled a really good vacuum on it. Christian for only being 19 is one heck of a worker. Thank You Hillenburg Heat and Air!!!! Keep up the good work.

Fantastic service! Steven from Hillenburg Heat & Air came out today on time, explained everything thoroughly, went the extra mile to replace and blow out the drain pipe even though the problem was not currently happening. I suspect it wont happen again. He was very friendly, skilled, and polite. He was even smiling when he had to move a large object to get access to the attic. Thank you, Steven! You deserve a raise.

Came first thing in the morning when we thought we may have a leak inside the house from the ac unit in the attic. He checked everything with the unit and it was fine. Then investigated and lead us to the probable leak which was the icemaker line. Relieved when he left knowing what had caused the wet flooring. It had leaked under the tile to the bedroom carpeting. Very thankful to my sister for recommending Hillenburg. Within a few hours of calling, Chris was at our house and had our air back up and running. Always receive excellent service from Hillenburg Heat and Air. They installed our new HVAC system in 2016 and it has worked great. We just had them come out to do a Spring Tune Up on the unit to get ready for the summer months. Chris was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful! 100% recommend!

They were so nice to work with. I called at 7:30 am and they had someone here by 10:30. He fixed the problem, and everything is working perfectly.

My heat went out and they came over way before quoted time, they found the issue and told me it would be a few days. Next thing I know I am getting a call that they will be back by 2:30 to swap out the part and ensured they would be done before I had to go get my kids. Steve was here at 2:32 and had the part replaced and my heat running and was out the door by 2:42. All of the technicians that came out did a great job! Never a complaint with this company!

Our heat pump was only 2 years old, but was builder grade and was having serious issues. We were convinced we would need a new unit and put in a request for a quote. Allen arrived and earned our long term business because he didnt jump to such a big expense right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the existing unit and went above and beyond to try to fix it before discussing replacement. Unfortunately, the primary problem with our unit could not be repaired effectively and we needed a new (reliable) system. Allen walked us through all options and had us scheduled for replacement immediately. On the day of installation, CJ arrived early and had the attic and outside units as well as new thermostat installed in a matter of hours - including cleanup of everything. Highly recommend Hillenburg!

Our Air Conditioner went out after the big storm last week and resetting it wasn’t working. I’m from the West Coast where you can just open your windows and let a cool breeze in, so I figured I could go without AC in Arkansas, I’ll just open a window. No. Nope. No way. Open a window on a hot day here, and the humidity drowns you right before an eagle sized mosquito gets inside to swoop up your children and carry them off. And WHY are June bugs the size of potatoes here!? Nope. Anyways, after 4 days of no AC survival mode, I decided to call for help. I called a little after 11:30am and was given an estimated appointment time from 1-3pm. By noon-30ish, they were already on their way! The AC Superhero sent here was Steven and he was so kind and professional! Came inside, took apart the AC, fixed whatever was happening in the attic, told me what the issue was and what needed to be replaced, fixed it, and there is now cold air in this house again!! It’s not even 2pm yet, from first call to arrival, and repairs, less than 2 hours total. I definitely recommend them! Thank you so much!!

Hillenburg Heat and Air was amazing. My AC stopped working I called them after hours and someone came out and got it going again for me. Thank goodness because I have a one month old and I couldn’t have her in the heat. They informed me that I would need a new AC unit but we were hoping it would get us through the summer well a week later it went out again. So we went ahead and got the new unit. All the employees that came out were very friendly and very professional. We will recommend them to our family and friends!!! Thank you Hillenburg Heat and Air!!!

My AC went out about a month ago, so I called them out. They troubleshot the problem to leaking evaporator coils and said they recommend changing the whole air handler. I asked about a warranty bc I called them out the previous year to look for a leak bc the unit was empty and they said there was none. Unfortunately they didn’t warranty their service call. So, I get a new evap coil from Rheem under warranty had it installed by someone else. 24 hours later, the system was completely empty again. The people who installed the coil came back out and identified a completely different part that was leaking, and had to replace it and service the unit up again. Had I gone with Hillenberg l, they would have charged me $2500 for a new air handler, and the problem would have never actually be fixed. Find someone else and save yourself the time, money, and headache I went through.
