I have been here for over 7 years. This place is convenient, and fun. My boss Michelle (Manager) does my hair and it’s always cute. We take pride in our work and cleanliness in the salon. We have lots of services and are great with kids.

My appointment with Madeline was wonderful she was so sweet and gave me the exact hair color and cut I wanted ! Also the best shampoo ever I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep ! Best salon experience I have had in a very long time and i will be going back !! Ask for Madeline!!!!!!!!!

Waited at the counter for 15 minutes before they acknowledged us. Made an appointment elsewhere while we waited. Not impressed.

My daughter used to love going here to get her hair done. She only had 2 bad experiences, which the manager was able to correct the first time. The second bad experience, was when she specifically made an appointment with the manager, stating she just wanted some spots trimmed up. Well, she definitely got a trim. She has an a-line, that she is trying to grow out and the manager, without being told, decided to cut the a-line in more. My daughter wouldnt have minded, if it would have turned out nice, but she walked out with such a major hack job, on top of the manager being rough, ripping her earring out. When asked if someone could fix her hair, blending the roughness of the layers, all we got was an I can try. If you are not able to do what a customer asks, like a simple clean up, you should not be in this field of work. We will NEVER be back!

Professional experience. Still waiting on the results.

I am a Licensed cosmetologist. And I choose smart style to get my hair done. The ladies there are very patient and very understanding. They were able to get the haircut that I wanted exactly! I am very satisfied with their work and I would recommend them to everybody. Shout out to Jocelyn and Michelle!

Tried three different stylists and got less than desirable results each time. One would also think that if your being charged for a shampoo and cut that at least 1 out of the 3 times you would get the shampoo with the cut. Wont go back.

If I could post pictures I would! Very disatisified with my sons haircut today. And not to mention 12.50! Never again. Great clips will be where we go from now on.

7 hours agoThis place did a horrible job on my hair. My hair now has a green tint. Double charged me and when I pointed it out said it was for the way they applied the toner plus an extra 20 for the actual toner. I ended up paying 160 for them to mess my hair up so much and when I called the corporate number they said somebody would get back to me next week. That was last week still havent heard anything from anyone. My hair was short to begin with I wanted to lighten my blonde and touch up my roots a bit my hair is now like 10 different colors and looks terrible. 😭😭😭

They are the worst!!!! My sister and I went in to get our hair done and do a girls day. Well my hair was suppose to be a light red with some light purple streaks in it well after if was done it was black and when I say black I mean BLACK. And my sister was suppose to have purple straight purple and it turned black as well. But while the lady was doing my hair the dye was only suppose to be in my hair for thirty five minutes and she left it in for over an hour. Then chose to hardly wash out the dye and while she was drying my hair she put the hair dryer on high and set it on one spot on my head. After my scalp was burnt And hair was dry I noticed she missed a spot on my head with no color so she takes the hair dye thats left over and puts some on that spot and sends me on my way with out even fixing the problem the right way. This place was not only horrible on your hair but the staff that doesnt even know what the hell their doing I will never EVER go their again. Nor will any of my family.

My friend recently went here to have a specific style done on her hair and they did a horrific job on her hair she already had most of the style she wanted in her hair it was just going to be an addition to the style she had but they totally butchered it and then charged her twice for the same style and extra for toner which is included in the style and then took a week to finally say they would refund the extra charge for the style but not the toner and did it via email with no apology or personal touch I wouldnt recommend this business at all.

Good haircutting experience

Terrible service! Very rude worker and extremely horrible haircut. Asked for a trim and got 6 inches off. I do not recommend this place.

Gave my boyfriend such a bad hair cut we had to shave his head...

I asked for a trim with one inch off all the way around, but what I got was one inch above the ears. Im sorry but there is nothing I can do about it now was her reaction. Pretty sad job on top of that. My wife had to finish it. I wont be back.

The lady who cut my hair is a quack

So Im not found of the sizes for shaving and I asked for a short one but not to short and the lady pulled out a size 0 and I didnt know till she already shaved it and not it looks like a 5 year old did it and everyone in there had this negative like they didnt want to be there vibe and it was really uncomfortable but she did cut it well but it seemed like she didnt know what to do and how to do it.

Woman purposely sold me shampoo that was going to mess with my hair color so id have to come back and spend another 100 dollars.
