I messed up so I am giving 3 stars, but they deserve 5. I struggled, Carol helped until she couldnt.

The worst customer service, rentals are not clean or move in ready from the previous tenant, they do not care that your property is damaged due to their appliances not working. Do not make much of an attempt to get anything fixed until it is too late....DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM, YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY REGRET IT! Deposit fees are not worth the pain and head ache that comes from working with this company! Run as fast as you can! There are better places to live in this community!!

I am totally baffled as to why a $35 nonrefundable application fee is required before looking at an apartment. Never seen that in 40 years of apartment living. They have some great places for rent but that practice keeps renters away.

When I called to inquire about scheduling viewings they informed me that I would be required to put in an application and pay their fee before looking at any apartments. As a veteran looking for good housing in a place known for subpar rentals I questioned this practice and was hung up on. This was the most disrespectful experience I have ever had in all my years as a renter. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I have been in the property management business for many years. This place is literally a joke, they want you to pay an app fee for a place just to go look at it. This is not how a person runs a business I will never pay money for a property I have never even seen the inside of. Steer clear of this management company. It’s not a good business take you’re housing business somewhere else! We are not your Butte crack heads that you all would rather have living in your units.

As a licensed Oregon Property Manager looking to relocate to the butte area, I can tell you 100% that application fees for showings is a cash grab scam. Do not. Give. Your. Money. To. This. Company. The fact that they are starting to nickel and dime you before you are even a tenant tells you exactly how they run their business. It takes no effort what so ever to show and apartment or even process an application. There is no reason to charge for showings unless making a profit is more important than the quality of your craft. Owners and tenants give this place a wide birth! Your wallet and bottom line deserve better!
