I’ve had such a wonderful experience correcting my smile and my teeth. Doctor Fornalczyk has taken time to make sure I am satisfied with my teeth. I haven’t been to a better dentist in Butler. Thank you so much for spending TIME and not rushing anything. Simply stating what needed to be done and how I can save my teeth was so refreshing🙏🏽♥️

Ruined my nieces teeth. Didnt get all the cavity out of the teeth he was working on and then filled over them causing the cavity to go below the gum line causingseveral absesses at once Now she has to have five teeth removed at once. .would recommend staying away from him. Wish I could put a picture on her to show you her poor mouth 😡😡

I went to Dr. Bob when I first moved to Butler. After being held down as a kid and having teeth pulled without pain relief, my fear of the dentist was astronomical. I also inherited my fathers inability to numb as I grew older. But Dr. Bob was amazing! Since I dont numb with simple novacain shots he did a root epidural if you will. I never felt pain with him ever! I took all of my children to him as well. My son had a terrifying experience at local dentist which was similar to my own and he too was fearful of the dentist. But Dr. Bob eased my childrens fears. He just has this ease about him and a kindness. My children absolutely loved Dr. Bob, his staff and Dr. Bobs wife Heidi. They made the best impression and illicited no fear with myself and my children which is very important! I left Dr. Bob years ago due to insurance changes and the dental bills were becoming astronomical because I refused to switch my dentist. Heidi worked with me to ensure my children, my husband and I had the best dental care by being able to make payments. But then my husbands insurance switched again and I had no choice but to quit going to my greatest regret. They have the best practice in Butler hands down.

Dr Bob is personable and caring and pain free dentist!! No chairs in open layout has individual rooms for all patients - don’t have to hear other people’s voices. He never rushes and thoroughly explains everything!! A GREAT staff too. My dentist for life !!

Dr Bob is the only dentist I trust after seeing many many before I found him over 9 years ago! Ive never felt more confident and comfortable with any dentist before! He treats me like family and his office is the most up to date office Ive been in - not so modern that the personal touch isnt given everytime. plus hes never hurt me like other ones have being rushed in and out. My whole family comes here to. I probably never go to the dentist again if I had to change dentists.

I had to get a root canal done. He got me in right away. Did a fantastic job. I have no issues not even in pain anymore. Definitely going to keep going back.

Two years ago my mouth was a mess, I lived with constant tooth pain and I hid my smile. The stigma of not going to the dentist for years is what ironically kept me from going to get my mouth fixed. I made appointments with other dentist offices in the area only to cancel out of fear. When I called Dr. Fornalczyks office Heidi immediately put me at ease. She was very caring, comforting and understanding. She made me fell 100% certain that this was where I needed to go to fix my teeth. Two years later my mouth is healthy and my smile is perfect. I found out that Heidi represents how everyone there including Dr. Bob is so kind, caring and helpful. They even work with you with financing the procedures. They are wonderful and beautiful people there and I thank them tremendously. If you have fears of going to the dentist, this is where you need to go.

Our first appointment at Advanced Dentistry and We are extremely satisfied!! They treated us like we had been clients for years! Absolutely Wonderful!! Dr. Bob is kind and very happy to explain, educated us on the issue with Root Canals we were having. Also Heidi at the front desk was a true joy to meet had a smile and warm welcome!

Dr. Bob and his staff are amazing. I have had a fear of the dentist since I was a child and have feared every dentist I have ever been to until I met Dr. Bob. . He takes the time to fully explain everything he is doing and stands in front of you while talking, which helps calm and ease my nerves. He and is staff even came in early to help address a medical emergency I was having.I highly recommend Dr. Bob.!

This dental practice is amazing. I have been coming here for about twelve years and love how they treat me. Dr. Bob is the best dentist I have ever experienced. He puts you at ease from the very beginning and leaves you smiling. The front office is just as amazing. I have never waited for more than five minutes for my appointment. Billing has always been accurate and are more than willing to explain and answer any questions. I fully recommend Dr. Fornalczyk.

I would think twice about going to this place. Dr Bobs staff was very friendly, but his wife Heidi who gives you the prices is not professional at all. My fianceand I went to have top lumineers put in and have our teeth fixed well we paid over 34000.00 dollars and Heidi said it would take 5 visits well I myself went 26 times because my 360 s kept falling out and when I called back Heidi said we were no longer in program WHAT program the one where you take over 34 thousand dollars off of us and leave us with our teeth looking way worse than when we came in have all my lumineers and 360s in a cup and so does my fiance. They ruined my smile and my fiance s . Heidi would say smule every time we went in. Well we sure cant smile. Then not only that we ended up paying more because of course something else needed added so we had to pay another 3500.00 . Wish you could see my teeth the couple I dont have in the cup I have 2 teeth on top with broken lumineers on them the rest are in the cup,🤬

This was the first dentist I have been to that I did not feel strange/different /crazy because of my fears. They offer many sedative options, which put me at ease. The staff is amazing and really take the time to get to know you! !! They turned a terrifying experience into a very pleasant one. Cant say enough good things about my appointment!

Ive been going to Advanced Dentistry for 20 plus years. Theyve always been accommodating and well schedule you immediately if the situation requires that. Always professional very clean and sanitary office. I would highly recommend Dr fornalczyk as hes very caring and patient.

I have seen Dr. Bob for almost 2 months and the service has been great! They are very flexible with my work schedule and efficient when completing services. The staff is great and friendly and I highly recommend this facility for all types of dental work needed.

I have never been very fond of going to the dentist. I have had some pretty bad experiences with dentists. Then i was recommended to Advanced Dentistry of Butler by a coworker. Even though it is an hour and a half drive for me, it is the best decision ever! Dr. Bob and the whole staff was very welcoming and pleasant. They explain everything thoroughly. The staff is very professional. Best part was he did my fillings with very little discomfort! Yay! I would highly recommend Dr. Bob to anyone!

Dr. Bob has been my dentist for over 35 years and has taken excellent care of me and my husband the entire time. Any time that I have had an emergency with my teeth, they had worked me into their schedule and taken excellent care of my problems. The receptionists as a courtesy always gave me an estimate of coverage from my dental insurance, which coincides with what I took the time to research prior to the appointment. Anytime that either my husband or I asked for copies of paperwork to check the coverage, we were given it. The entire staff has always been conscientious and accommodating in addition to being well qualified. Dr. Bob has never hurt and I appreciate that he always asks if I am comfortable. Dr. Bob is very nice and explains everything in detail. Ive had lots of dentists attempt to sedate me for procedures without any success. Dr. Bob and the staff brought me in and what ever they gave me IT WORKED! Yeah! He managed to get a lot finished while I was sleeping. Everyone at Dr. Fornalczyks office are very nice and very understanding. The office is beautiful and very comfortable. I have never heard any of the dentists tools while in the waiting room. If you are looking for a dentist that is understanding see Dr. Bob!

Never again. They do/start work you said not to do then refuse to fix it, they do/start work without evening telling you until its happening then refuse to fix it, they pick and choose day of what they are going to do vs what you had scheduled to have done, they will also tell you one fee then bill you for a different amount even AFTER all pricing was supposedly confirmed with your ins. provider that way you could have everything paid off prior to having anything done to avoid extra bills...Not only has the above happened to myself but similar/same things have happened to two other people I know as well. I am all about giving a great review to those that are honest, trust worthy and deserving. I am not one to give second chances and would hate to see any of this happen to anyone else.

I recently went to Advanced Dentistry of Butler because I had excruciating pain in one of my broken teeth. Turns out I needed a root canal and crown. I am absolutely terrified the dentist so I picked a place based on the reviews and making sure that they practiced sedation dentistry. Heidi and Liz made me feel so comfortable and the dentist spent a lot of time explaining everything so there were no surprises. After the initial visit, where we made a game plan to tackle my issues, I came back and it went amazing. I didnt feel any pain and I was on nitrous, which made me feel more at ease. They talked me through everything and made sure I was ok every step of the way. Ive reluctantly been to other dentists but I honestly can say that this place has the best staff Ive ever met and they did amazing work. I have no pain after my procedure and they made every effort to get me in right away since I was hurting. They genuinely cared about my comfort and teeth health and I cant say enough amazing things about them. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

Yesterday At my routine cleaning the office discovered I had a significant tooth abcess. Not wasting anytime Heidi was able to schedule me for a root canal the very next day to avoid any complications. To my surprise- dr Bob had not only completed the entire procedure very quickly but painlessly! I did not even feel the Novocain shot. Truly amazing! I worried all night for nothing! He really is a great dentist!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Fornalczyk for many years and would never consider going to another dentist. He is compassionate to the dental phobic and very professional as well. His staff and receptionist are so kind and treat each patient as an individual. If you are looking for a dentist - I would highly recommend Dr. Fornalczyk!

We moved to PA about four years ago. Having to find a new dentist after over forty years was a worry. But Advanced Dentistry has laid my concerns to rest. Dr. Bob and his staff are great!

As a long time patient of Dr. Fornalczyk; I have always had nothing but excellent care and quality service from the doctor and his staff. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.

Dr. Fornalczyk and dental hygienist staff are very good but the administrative side is so bad and slimy that it outweighs any good. They are ALWAYS so busy to address customer concerns even when those concerns include them overcharging you. Always giving me inaccurate info in regards to what is covered by insurance, costs, or if they even participate with your insurance. Attempted six times to overcharge me. Id like to have back the hours that Ive burned with this place. I value reviews although there are many unwarranted reviews out there in general. This is NOT one of them! Caution to anyone considering this place or currently going there.

Perfectionist, Caring and PainFree Dentist!! 12 years ago I interviewed several dentists to treat my mother - who is 101 now - she was afraid to go to the dentist because of pain and past dental experiences. Dr. Fornalczyk met with Wilda, my mother, and promised her he would not hurt her and he never has. I have been very impressed with him and he does very very good work, Her teeth have never been better. I wish I found him earlier! My husband and I moved from Hamlin, NY to Butler, PA in 2014. We were concerned that we wouldnt be able to find the dental care that we were used to in NY. However, our worries were put to rest when we found out about Dr.Robert Fornalczyk at Advanced Dentistry! Weve had excellent dental services!! The office is beautiful and modern. All staff from administrative, hygienists, technicians, to Dr. Fornalczyk know us by name, instill comfort and confidence in all services, and provide excellent educational information.
