They are extremely helpful and dedicated to helping others. My case worker Devin and an amazing person and genuinely cares about helping people as best he can.

The Center for Community Services has done so much for me. The men and women who have dedicated their lives there truly care about the community and the people in it. CCR is definitely a pillar and I honestly have nothing but love and respect for them.

The people here are amazing.They help you with many things that come up in life.They offer free tax service.Help with Utilities or food, doctors and dentist.And they even help the homeless find a place to live.

My fiance went here a few weeks ago to try to find help for psychiatric options and the case worker was extremely unprofessional. Dressed in a black, leather motorcycle jacket and jeans, he talked more about himself than what she was in there for. After requesting a psychiatrist that takes UPMC and has evening hours, the case worker schedules her with an office that is only open 9-5 and does not offer coverage through her insurance. She will now have to start all over in the process to find a new therapist. We would NOT recommend CCR for this kind of service.

The services there are pretty good and I have had no trouble with the people who work there but I think they need to find a way to refund/credit people for parking since there is no parking lot

CCR Really sorts through the resources that Butler has to try to get you the help you need! You just need to be able to try and help yourself as well! They definitely guided me to the help I needed!

All they are concerned with is if i want to kill others/myself. this is not the case with me. but they keep pressing the point, as if they are trying to get you to admit to it. i tried to make an appointment, but was told they do not make appointments. they are a complete waste of your time. you will be better off going somewhere else. where? i do not know. i am a shut-in trying to find help, but it seems society ostracizes people like me. my health is rapidly deteriorating and it just a matter of time now till i die of natural causes. i have been refused medical/mental help. i have been refused medication. oh well, i guess this way of things.

All the ccr people do is harassing me telling me what to do and trying dumb me my boyfriend over nothing this place isnt worth time they cannot tell me what to OR go threw my phone threatin my boyfriend ccr is a worst place and people like Megan doesnt know how handle a job I am very disappointed of these people my boyfriend is pissed
