About 7 or 8 years ago my Wife and I came to your store. GOT Hearing aids that were suggested to me they never helped went back 3 or 4 times and got them reset. did not help/ that is when WE found out I should have been told I had 30 days to get My money back( to late.) My Wife and I were never told this up front . I was and am retired and $ 6000.00 dollars is hard to come by with no income. I think it was pretty rotten for your people to do business in this manner . Every time I see them in the drew it makes me sick knowing I got hood winked that way. don,t know how you keep your licences.

Marlene has always treated me with respect. If I have had problems with my hearing aids she has had me come in to see what the problem is. Takes time to explain what the problem is.

They refused to help me told me to go to a specialist so they really dont care felt like was imposing on them
