Bill was fantastic he got my computer up and running and I got a new power cord which was its problem. Fixed in minutes. Got it all done cheaper than I imagined and cheaper than my sister got a new cord for her computer. I will definitely take my computer there again. Just to let Bill know the battery is charging again so thank you for your help.

Bill, the owner, and Kelly, his right hand, have helped me and my college-age kids stay out of digital trouble by cleaning, repairing, and optimizing our multiple desktops and laptops. They are extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, and have a fast turn-around. This is never so appreciated as when your computer is crashing during projects for an online course.I have had nothing but positive experiences with this small business over the past several years. And though I always meant to post a review, I never got around to it until today.I had bought a refurbished laptop from them to have as an extra for travel. I wasnt pleased with some aspects of it and brought it back, asking them to keep an eye out for a better laptop like I had bought earlier for my daughter. They surprised me by finding the exact model like my daughters, upgrading it, and giving it to me for the same cost as the lesser laptop I had returned. They would not let me pay the difference, saying they like to treat customers the way they would like to be treated.I have never been the recipient of such above and beyond service from a business. And because it is a small business, it means even more.Go get your computer fixed at Digital Technologies. Tell them Lynn sent you.

Bill is a very good man, runs a great business and really knows his stuff. I will come here with any future PC problems. Might even share some great stories with you if you have the time to listen.

He did a very nice job and was very knowledgeable telling me that my laptop was worth saving and getting me a battery that works now as well. The computer was completely cleaned and does run faster. I thought the pricing was very reasonable for what was done and sure beat buying a new computer. They also gave me information on how to keep my computer running well.

Excellent service! He tested my computer that would not turn on while I waited. Unfortunately, it could not be repaired so he pulled my hard drive. I also left my external hard drive to be cleaned of a virus. He found not one but two malware problems. He then transferred my documents to the external drive that they had cleaned. Very fast and friendly service.

We took our computer to them to have data transferred from our old one to the new one, took a little longer because they found 47 Trojans on the old one, they cleared everything up and had to re configure the new(refurbished) one. They were very helpful, spent as much time explaining and helping us to understand our new computer. They installed anti virus and malware at no additional charge. Anyone that says they are anything but professional and helpful are lying to you, they are very Patriotic and love our country and military, if you find that offensive maybe the problem is with you

Took my new gaming build here when it wouldnt post. They were knowledgeable and it didnt take long to find the problem. If I ever need anything else Ill be back.

I took my computer to this store because I needed my computer back the same day. I was on a business trip and my computer had been running slow and I should have had it fixed some time ago. I took it to this shop because as my luck goes, I dropped a cup on it an though empty fortunately, it destroyed my laptops screen.I called and they said they might have a screen in stock, so I took it when they opened at 10 AM and luckily, they had one. I asked if I could pick it up at 4 or 4:30 and they said no problem.As it turned out, I was running late and I called and asked if they could help and Bill said he would stay until I got there. I was an HOUR LATE, and he was still there! Amazing! He started the laptop and showed me the screen and I was very happy with it and thanked him. He said he couldnt take the credit - that his partner Kelly did it, and she had observed that it was running really slow so she tuned it up for me.I have to say, this computer didnt run as well, or as fast, when it was BRAND NEW! Then I went to their website and learned that it normally costs $120 dollars for a full Clean and Optimize, but Bill only charged me $45 for that (plus the screen and labor) that all totaled came out to $80 for the service, and $55 for the screen! I checked with a shop at home that I have used in the past and they quoted me $300 (THREE HUNDRED) dollars!I will from now on, wait to have my computer serviced when I am in Pennsylvania! I was thinking it might be time to replace this laptop because its Windows 7, but Bill assured me that 7 is good for at least a few more years so he saved me money again, that I now do not have to spend.OUTSTANDING - I wish I could rate them TEN STARS!

The best repair center that Ive ever gone to. Have had several computers that have had issues, and this repair shop actually fixed them while I waited. You cant ask for more than that! His prices are super reasonable too!I read the negative reviews - obviously a person with an ax to grind over the shops pro-American decor, and it is absolutely not racist. In fact, when I walked into his store, it made me very proud to see his pro-American photos, flags, and other decor. The person who wrote the bad reviews, obviously has a problem with Americanism!

I have known the owner for several years and know that he is a patriot and not a racist. If anybody has been treated in a manner they feel inappropriate, I am sure they did something to warrant it.
