It is not just a haircut, IT’S AN EXPERIENCE!! This was my first time trying sport clips and I really felt like an MVP. The haircut by stylist Kelsey was AMAZING, but then came the shampoo…. The room has lights dimmed, you get a warm towel for your face while not only do they wash your hair, it’s a fabulous head massage. Once that’s over you come back to the chair for a shoulder massage. These other clip places need to step up their game or lower their prices.

Kendra was Awesome! Very experienced and very nice 👍🏻 gonna start coming to this location for my haircuts now, would definitely recommend!

Ive gone to this place twice now and theyve turned me down....first time I went to try to get a haircut they didnt close til 8 they had 2 people waiting. Second time I had an hour before they closed(plenty of time) with only 1 person waiting. 😡

I made my appointment 20 minutes before arriving and when I got there they took us right back. We had Kayla and it was my 19 months old son first hair cut. She did so good with him. She was happy when talking to him. She dealt with his moving his head well. She let him sit on my lap. The cut was exactly like I asked for. My husband has also gone and had good cuts. We will continue to go.

I was fortunate to have Jade cut my hair. She was thorough and efficient. For a moment I was like whoa my hair, and then she styled it with some product and turned out great. She did a great job and I will certainly go back to her.

Couldn’t be more unhappy with my haircut. I told myself a long time ago I wasn’t coming back here due to never being satisfied with my results, and for some reason I came back and yet another bad haircut. I had long hair and I wanted it trimmed I said multiple times not much off the top and she says she’ll take my bangs to my eyebrows, ends up cutting them 1.5 inches above my eyebrows. Very unhappy never coming back.

Great first visit! I have cut my sons hair since he was born. However he is wanting a style that needs more than clippers and a guide. So it was time to take him elsewhere. Sport clips did a fantastic job and he loved his new cut! Now he is school ready!

Can be very busy during certain hours, but they do a fine job, if at a slightly higher price than other joints in the area. I frequent this place. Its where I prefer to get my hair cut.

Tori is one of the best stylists here! I would recommend that the stylist ask a parent what price of haircut will be done instead of only asking the teenager. I would think at age 16 or older the teen boy can decide, but no younger.

I picked a style out of a book for my son to get. There should have been way more hair left on top than what was actually left. And he had cuts from the clippers on his neck and behind ears. Hes 7 years old and its hard enough for him to get a hair cut. Not sure Ill come back.

When I was booking my stylist online I had a great feeling about Amanda and boy was I right! I did a very quick explanation on how I wanted my hair and not only did she accomplish how I wanted my hair she exceeded every expectation I possibly had I will definitely be returning!

All of the staff was very professional. Due to the back to school hair cut rush it was a longer wait than expected. Would recommend more staff be scheduled in the future at this time of year. The girls work very well together and greeted ever patron as they walked in and made them aware of the longer than normal wait. This wasn’t my son or my first visit to this location and it will NOT be our last visit either.

The cut i recieved was great. It was nice going to a place i knew did males cuts day in and day out so i could know they had experience. Plus when you add the hot towel, scalp massage with tea tree products, and a comfortable facility it was a home run. Ill be back every 3 weeks.

We love Sports Clips! Our boys have thick hair and its been hard to find a place that gives the time it takes for a good haircut. Abbie O is the only stylist weve found that gets it right every time! This Momma likes a nice, clean cut around the edges and Abbie never disappoints! Shes super cheerful and always finds things to talk with our boys about. You wont regret asking for Abbie!!

I went in to try these guys for the first time and was taken care of by Abbie O. She was very welcoming, professional, and she helped me find a new style that I absolutely loved. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the atmosphere is very clean and sleek. I even brought my girlfriend along and they were able to style her as well. I am a normal customer at sports clips and I used online check in for the first time today. I showed up when my time remaining was 34 min left and I never got called. Nobody told me if I needed to re check in or anything, she just asked “Are you checked in?”. After sitting there for 40 min until my name disappeared, I got up and left.

Staff was friendly and Heather did a great job making sure my hair looked great and that my beard was shaped up nicely!

The woman that took care of me, was courteous and thorough. She made sure that the cut was to my liking. I would most definitely go back!

I had never been here and didnt have high hopes since it was a chain store but I had a free cut coupon so why not. You have to check in online which isnt ideal but not bad. Expect a wait on the weekends because this place is poppin. My stylist was Jade. At first I wasnt sure about her customer service skills but 15 minutes into the cut she seemed too warm up. She did a spectacular job. I showed her what I wanted and she made it happen. She was very meticulous and thorough which was great to see because most places seem to want to get you in and out. She cut my hair, washed it, came back, went over the cut again, and then styled it. I also got the double MVP free because it was my first time. I got a hot towel on my face during the hair wash, vibrating wash chair, and a vibrating hand massager right before heading to check out. I probably wouldnt pay for the MVP on future visits but it was nice to experience what you get. I bet I was there about 35 to 40 minutes. I think thats how long a good cut should take. This time it was free but Ill be back and asking for Jade.

Sure its a bit expensive fir a mans haircut but its more like a spa for men. They almost always have a promo or coupon for a little off. Pamper yourself. You will not regret it.

This lived up to the hype. The girls here did a better job on my fade than my old barbershop. They went above and beyond. I asked a lot of questions and they were always knowledgeable and helpful. Had an awesome cut, stylist did exactly what I wanted. Barbers and mens stylists are a hidden secret that men havent been sharing. To them, its just going for a Haircut. But in actuality its, warm lather, warm towels, massage chairs, scalp massages and shoulder massages. WTG men on keeping this little treasure a secret.I will be back to enjoy the spoils of a Haircut!!

To begin with, I like the fact that the first thing you do is sign in (and the queue is displayed on a big screen monitor.) This enables one to go shopping in the adjacent stores while continuing to move up in the line. One can also watch any one of a number of big screen TVs playing various sports channels (the place has an overall sports theme.)I had a shampoo, hot towel (face wrap) and haircut. The got towel was particularly invigorating because it is infused with tea tree oil and eucalyptus oil-my sinuses were definitely clear afterwards. The shampoo was given concurrently with the hot towel. This was followed by a professional, friendly and excellent haircut by Kayla. The overall experience was about 30 minutes and I will definitely get my hair cut there again.

May 2, 2018I am a regular customer of Sport Clips. Today I stopped in for a haircut at 10:30 am and signed up with Torry. I waited one and a half hours and then when it was my turn to be on deck, Torry took a customer that arrived 20 minutes after I initially arrived with no explanation or acknowledgment. She made no eye contact with me and I presumed this was a friend that she was taking ahead of me. I opted to not to go on a tirade and rather, just walked out.I will never again be a Sports Clip customer. This location has a history of a one star rating. I would presume upper management would want to think about a complete overhaul of this office and the woeful customer service practices.In closing, I will tell my network of contacts to not utilize this location as a source for the services you offer.This Butler, PA location is a joke.Respectfully,Gary Brown

Overpriced and over rated. You can get the same hair cut just about anywhere at half the cost. The neck and shoulder massage is a few minutes in a massage chair not even a real massage. Really no reason to ever go here.

I have been getting my hair cut at this location for about 1 1/2 years now. Affordably priced although their prices have increased and a friendly staff. I have ran into a few rude employees who seemed to just not be having a good day or were more interested in leaving for the night vs helping me find the right cut for my hair. I cannot let the few bad experiences; however, take away from my other phenomenal ones! Id reccomend this to any male looking for a great haircut!
