I kid you not, and I mean this with 100% seriousness: never in my life have I met someone nicer in customer service than Kobers. Period. It just is mind boggling how this gentleman can go out of his way to help his customers. All I can say is that I wish that there were more people like him in this world. It would be a better place, truly.

Tom is the ONLY mechanic in Butler that I trust with my vehicles! I have been taking my vehicles to Kobers for at least 15 years now. He is fair, trustworthy, reliable, and dependable. He does quality work for a more than reasonable price and never tries to suggest work that really doesnt need done. I have occasionally tried to take my vehicles elsewhere out of convenience but have always regretted it.

You wont find a more honest and hard working mechanic. I wouldnt go anywhere else ever. Fair prices and he never tells you that you need something you dont. No nickle and dimeing here. Very nice man, and did what I needed for a THIRD of what the Subaru dealership in Butler was attempting to screw me over with (new brakes, broken muffler pipe). Kober will be my mechanic for as long I live in the Butler area, I cant recommend him enough.
