Im sorry this is late AND I cannot remember the moving teams names, but they made the experience so easy. I had to move under stressful circumstances and even the front office made me relax. They gave clear fee information and guaranteed my time. The moving team worked very well together. They kept it moving and were very professional. I will definitely call them again!

I would never recommend this company. They were almost 2 hours late, broke a major piece of furniture and left it at the bottom of the stairs. Didnt put the furniture in the rooms I asked to be put into, then was told, its light, you can move them yourself. I made the mistake of tipping them both $20.00. the movers argued with eachother and in such a rush to leave they didnt complete the job and charge me for overtime. Told me me the owner would come fix the broken piece of furniture, which Im sure that wont happen, very y disappointed.

Justin and Deontaye were on time, efficient, great communicators and very pleasant to work with. Couldnt have been happier with the service I received from them and the office staff. Will definitely call them again when needed.

I love my Travel

This is my second time using all area moving. They are professional, reliable and good at what they do. None of my belongings came up damaged and they moved all my stuff in a timely manner. No complaints!

All Area moved us faster and at a better rate than any other mover Ive had (granted we boxed everything up nicely), and they were friendlier than any mover. Plus they were very careful about not breaking anything. Ive moved with other movers twice before. Right away Justin said let me tell you about our crew. Matt is my older brother, and Tae is my best friend. Doesnt get better than that. I will say we had to ask them to wear masks, which is fine and they did at that point, and I wish the front office was a little more emaily and confirmy. A simple youre all set for [date] or something would have helped me be 100% sure I was lined up for the move. They answered my questions but didnt really confirm the move time, so I was like 90% sure I had them lined up, but was relieved when everything worked out.

These guys were amazing. We moved on the hottest days of the year (105 degrees +), and they were troopers. After the heat all day, we had severe thunderstorms in the afternoon. They were super friendly and helpful, and made sure all of our stuff was still taken care of. Ashley was who I worked with leading up to the move, and she was very thorough and helpful with all of my moving questions/concerns. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

I have used this moving company twice(4 years ago and in the last two weeks). 4 years they moved me twice with no issues, this time they were throwing my boxes around and they damaged three pieces of furniture because they did not strap anything down in the truck or use moving blankets. i had been telling people about they awhile, because of this last move that will stop

We originally used All Area because they were reasonably priced and we believe in supporting local owned businesses. When moving day came, we were so impressed on how Ashley and her team managed two pick up locations, and one drop off. Their communication was constant through out the day, and the follow up to assure we were pleased with our move made them the best moving company weve used. Because of the excellent service, we booked them again for a professional move for our non-profit we are involved in. Again, Ashleys crew did not disappoint. It was a long day, but Team Trent got it over the finish line with a smile. Both moves, we did not have any lost or damaged items. Buy local!! You wont be disappointed!

Very professional company from the booking experience to the day all my things were delivered to my new home. I would recommend to anyone I know.

I talked to a gentleman named Jerry and he sounded very honest and was just the type of mover I was looking for, but after my initial conversation, I was to call him back and I have 3 times and left a message each time but have not received a call back. I had to go with a different mover at more cost.

Wonderful customer service, definitely recommend. Moving can be stressful and these guys took that load off our shoulders. :)

My husband and I were impressed with this moving company and highly recommend them for several reasons. 1) Hands down they gave us the best quote from the rest of the professional moving company. Allied, Two Men and a Truck, and White Starr gave me quotes for twice the price; AAM cost was half the price despite the fact they charge by the hour!!! I had a three story house that included a finish basement, a three car garage and 2,800 square foot living space and what they did for us was bar none unsurpassed any professional moving company. They moved all of our furniture to the new location which was an hour drive! The cost was half the price saving us thousands of dollars!!!!Which leads me to the second reason I recommend them; they were the hardest working group of guys that we have ever seen. They had to make two trips and deducted it from the final cost. They did not charge us for two hours. We could not believe they did that. At the end of the move they delivered all the furniture, set it up, and built all the beds on time. They worked until midnight but they got the job done and it was a happy experience for my family. My husband and I were very satisfied with their outstanding service and hard work. They moved furniture that was extremely heavy,awkward and placed it in places that was hard to get to. One was a leather reclining sectional that was a monster in weight. They had to roll it down a grassy hill to our walk out door and then carry it inside to a room that was fifty feet away. The movers stopped to catch their breath from time to time but they carried it until it got to the correct location. This was after hours of moving other heavy furniture!!!!! This is the third and final reason why I recommend AAM they got the job done no matter how late it was for them; they stayed until completion!!!If you want to spend more money hire the other movers. These movers were professional, hardest workers Ive seen, and very nice to the entire family.

Unfortunately I chose to use this company on two occasions in the month ofDec/2012. The first move involved my daughter moving to Ann Arbor where a very expensive travertine table was broken. They took the table stating they would have it fixed (how,I have no clue) and bring it back to her. This move happened on Dec 1st and we have not heard from them since and they will not answer their phone.The second move happened on Dec 21st with myself moving to our new home and another table was damaged. I called the company back after the move was over and stated, lets wait till the holidays are over and work it out after. Never recieved a single phone call pertaining to this issue and again they will not answer their phone. I would definitely never use this company again and will probably have to take them to small claims court to get this issue resolved.The companies website states if we break it we will fix it is a load of crap.
