I have been using Green Planet lawn care for three seasons now and they have been great! I really like that the technicians and the office get back with me when they notice something not quite right in my lawn. They are doing an amazing job. Just a little bit of my background to help solidify this review. I have a degree in horticulture and landscape architecture from MSU. I have worked for several large and small landscape firms out west in Colorado. I ran construction and sales divisions both commercial and residential. I have also run both commercial and residential maintenance divisions for these firms. When I moved back to Michigan for a career outside of landscaping I wanted a company to keep my lawn looking great. I tried several different companies and have settled on Green Planet and will continue to work with them, because they have been amazing.

My lawn is covered in crabgrass and other weeds that I have no idea what they are. They claim they treated it, that’s why I have more crabgrass than grass. Would I recommend them hell no. Next year we will treat our own lawn and we will know it was done right.

I previously used a larger, corporate type lawn care company and was not satisfied at all. For me, its more than just fertilizing and weed control, or even the price- I care about how I am treated. When I would call my other company, the first thing they would ask is what my account number was. I felt like I was calling the bank or my cable company. At Green Planet, they ask for my NAME, and even know who I am when I call (which is very rare). In this day and age, getting quality service from anyone is next to impossible. At Green Planet, this is not the case. The service I receive from them is incredible compared to my previous company. I have my own personal technician (over 20 years experience) and also someone at the office as a primary contact who really knows his stuff. If I have a concern (no matter how small) my technician is on my lawn THE NEXT DAY diagnosing and treating if needed. I strongly recommend Green Planet. Their prices are really good, and my lawn has never looked better! Thanks Green Planet, you can count on me using your full services again this year too!

Great company my lawn is doing well since using this company now for 3 years, it would do better if I had an underground sprinkler system, but that takes money, someday! Also, they are willing to work out prices in times of need. Thank you Green Planet!!

I am somewhat pleased with Green Planet lawn care except I do have more weeds and crab grass in my yard than ever before. With this dry weather it is hard to tell how it will all turn out.

I contacted them, they said theyd mow my lawn on tuesday. never showed, never answered my 3 follow-up calls.agreeing to do something then not doing it is known as breach of contract.not responding to phone calls is known as rudeness. thumbs down.

They are very polite and professional. Always prompt and thorough.

I was not satisfied with the service I received last fall when I hired them to do my yard for the last two months of the season. Continously skipped me where I had to call them to come to do my yard. Before the end of the season I had cancelled my service with them. This spring they had came out and mowed my grass without notifying me by phone, flyer or even knocking on my door.I had no clue who was doing my yard because I never signed up for any services this spring. I had no idea who was coming to my house till I received a bill in the mail from the company.When I called to talk to the company they had informed me that there was a balance of two days of service that I never hired them to do. Green plantet is completly unorganized and if I could post pictures of the low quality of work I would.

Good pricing, but so far, there are very poor communications by this company. I asked for two additional services beyond my original yet never heard back. Also paid my bill via Paypal but then got a call asking for my payment.
