M & M Travel and Tours handled our schools annual tour of Chicago and did a fantastic job! Everything was included in one price, all the transportation was perfect throughout the town, and the hotel he booked us in was great. We got to see so many sites, from taking the cruise down the Chicago River to the National Museums, Millennium Park, and more. Booked a New York trip for my sons 18th birthday with Eric and everything was excellent. I gave him an idea of what we wanted to do and how we wanted to stay near Time Square. We ended up right in Time Square and the excursions he recommended were exactly what we wanted to do. Eric planned our familys Western Caribbean Cruise through Carnival on the Conquest. It was awesome! Off to a rocky start just because most of us had never been on a cruise before and didnt know what to expect. But dear Eric hung in there with us and got all of us through without a hitch.
