Had a tub to shower conversion one year ago this month. So far every thing has worked out very good. I cant say enough about Chris the installer. He did an outstanding job. Breaking up our old tub with a hammer alarmed us a little but the end result was great. He took six days to complete the job just like he told us and it was worth the wait. I would buy from modern bath again.

Our bath was in serious need of up dating. Richard Bowen was very helpful with fulfilling our needs. Great selection of product with samples, on point with the timing and installation process, the installer was professional, and we could not be happier with the outcome. Modern Bath was the right choice for the work we needed.I have to add this. The remodel was done June of 2020, it is now Sept. 14th 2020 and we noticed some darkening in the white silicone along the tub. I called about it and they told me I needed to clean more often, that what we were seeing was mold. He stated that even mold resistant silicone will get moldy. I cant even scratch this stuff off!!!!!So Im lowering my rating from a 5 star down to a three star!!!!!Thank You Modern Bath Systems

Modern bath of Burton did a complete rebuild of our three bathrooms. They did an excellent quality job. The products installed have worked perfectly. The installer was very courteous and took the time to do a top notch job.

Its approximately a 6 week waiting process. Want to get it done and over with ASAP!

Very un-professional installers, left cigarete butts all over lawn and driveway. House smelled like cigarete smoke everyday, and for days after they were done. They used our garage as a workshop, even after being asked twice not to. Left a huge mess in the garage. Tiles are en-even andnot leveled. Grout looks like a child did it. Grout was notfinished in many spots. They did not listen to what we wanted. Ultimately I asked them to leave and finished it myself.

Worst company on earth. I will be there in the morning to see u. 30 grand and they have cost me 50.
