Poor customer service. Stay away from this company. Wanted to charge me for a call because their technicians has no penmanship and scribbled a password. I didn’t write the password the technician did. I know how to clearly write a password your technician does not. How is that my fault? Then, you don’t even have records of clients passwords old or new? What kind of medieval file cabinet storage are you keeping?
