I came in extremely nervous and unsure of what to expect and I left after my visit feeling excited to make this decision for myself. I scheduled an appointment to see a plastic surgeon. While waiting in the exam room a dermatologist comes in to convince of a different procedure. The plastic surgeon never came into the room. Now the office wants to charge me a consult fee anyway.

Dr. Alghalith quickly addressed my concerns and was able to provide an effective treatment. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dermatologist to make an appointment with him! You wont be disappointed!

This was my first time coming to see Dr. Dabade, at Burt and Will’s dermatology, and it was a wonderful experience. Staff was so nice and welcoming, and Dr. Dabade was amazing and had the best bedside manners. He made me feel comfortable and was very attentive to my needs. Love it here and I’m glad I found this location !

I was there for dermatologist appointment and cosmetic procedure. I was satisfied with the dermatologist so decided to give it a try for a cosmetic procedure as well. The consultation was ok, although I was expecting more of the doctors opinion I felt like it was too hard for her to bother explaining to me what can be done regarding what I wanted to correct. I paid $50 and was advised that if I decide to go with the procedure the $50 will be deducted from the final bill. I did the procedure, which was very painful, uncomfortable and traumatic. When I went at the receptionist to pay she told me I owe the full price $2400. Advised her that I already have paid the consultation and that the full price should be less $50, she checked something and said ok and charged me $2350. And now two months later I am receiving a bill of $50 that is 30days overdue. And btw, no one bothered to do a follow up call after the procedure.

This is the best place to go if you 50 and you want to look 30 again. ❤️❤️❤️

I did not see the doctor. After waiting for close to one hour in a small room, I decided to leave. There was no explanation for the long wait at all. I was reminded about my appointment few times ahead of the visit, but there was no consideration at all for my time.

Dr. Dabade made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous having a procedure done but he made it an enjoyable experience.

Dr.Dabade is the best derm Ive been to! He is very patient, attentive, kind, and compassionate. Dr Dabade truly listens to all my concerns and has helped me resolve every single skin issue Ive had. Im so lucky to have found him! The Burr Ridge office is always super clean and I never find myself waiting past my appointment time. The receptionist Anita is super amazing as well, very social, warm, and inviting. Anita is truly a rockstar and makes me feel super comfortable the minute I open the front door and see her! (most offices dont have someone with such a great personality in front which is insane to me!) Never had an issue with insurance and they are always up front and honest before doing any procedure. I have full confidence in Dr.Dabade and his staff and will be a lifetime patient here.

They were very kind and comforting during one of the most difficult times. Very professional and helped with all insurance paperwork and calls so I didn’t have to. Nurses were great and caring. Dr Will is just amazing. She is not only extremely skilled at facial plastic surgery, she actually cares about what you say and answers all of your questions. I just had work done by her two weeks ago and I feel great. The results were better than expected. After surgery she is ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have and does not make you feel rushed as if shes too busy for you.She definitely makes you feel important.Most of all skill is essential and she is honestly amazing at her craft. I hope many good things come her way, she deserves it. I have been to the surgical center, her Plainfield office and the Limelight office. Each time I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and I felt very welcome and comfortable. If you are considering surgery please talk to Dr Will, you wont be sorry!

I had Bariatric surgery and lost over 100 pounds. In researching my options I saw that not only was Dr. Burt a board certified plastic surgeon but had experience in the type of plastic surgery needed for this population. She is very warm and caring and works hard to make sure you get a good result. I am so happy with my transformation! Her staff is also extremely caring and helpful and makes you feel like your their top priority. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dr Burt and staff helped me get my self esteem back.

Dr Burt and the entire staff have been great. The surgery is painful but after a couple of weeks I was well on the road to recovery. My back pain has been reduced to barely there and I hope it will go away completely once I strengthen my abdominal muscles which are finally in place. I’ve lost 35 pounds and three dress sizes. My clothes fit so much better without the extra skin drooping down.

Dr. Will is beyond amazing. She is excellent at what she does and very personable. I would recommend her to anyone. Their staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

I researched and read different reviews, because it was a big step for me and I was extremely nervous.However, I’m glad I made the choice I did, because allowing Burt to perform my Tummy tuck and lipo of the flanks was the best decision I made. It changed my life forever!!!With me being an Afrolatino woman with darker skin, I worried about scarring! But, I look and feel amazing. You can barley see my scar. I did write the office manager a email after my visit with my concerns and experience and she has yet to respond, my visit was on June 3rd 2020 I simply do not recommend them unfortunately I had a uncomfortable experience and left in tears.

A local friend recommended me to visit Burt & Will while I was visiting from out of town. Very glad I did. The location is new and modern. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to my schedule. I did the Kybella procedure with Dr. Will. It was the first time I had done Kybella, but it was super easy and effective. I am very happy with the results. This location also has the Zein Obagi products, which are amazing skincare products (especially for skin like mine). Highly recommend the clinic for cosmetic and skin care needs.
