Chris installed a animal-proof barrier around the bottom of my deck, following the invasion of an opossum who got into my basement. The company who removed the opossum was expensive and gave me an unreasonably high estimate for the same type of installation.Mr. Critter is the ONLY animal removal company I would contract in the future. Why?Chris is personable, trustworthy and dependable. He took pride in his work and did a great job for a fair price!

Great service, I’ve been married for 15yrs now and our house is old. Me and the wife kept hearing something roaming around in our attic so we decided to give these guys a call. Chris is a great dude and did a really good job helping us get rid of whatever was making that noise. It ended up being a family raccoons in our attic. But overall, service was a 10/10 and would recommend these guys if you have to remove any critters safely.

I called and Chris came out within hours. He listened to my problem and was able to help me by safely and humanely relocate 3 squirrels. He checked out my roof and offered suggestions as to prevent the problem from occurring again. He and his assistant were courteous and professional. There are three main reasons I had such a positive experience: reasonable rates, knowledge of the technician (Chris), and the customer service. I had some very invasive raccoons and Chris did a great job explaining how he operates and how he would approach the job.

Mr. Critter was great. He was professional, prompt, polite and very well informed. He took care of our raccoon visitor in a timely and humane manner. His use of a non invasive camera installation on the roof which monitored the situation was very effective. His pricing to remedy the situation was really fair. I highly recommend him.

Chris is definitely your guy for all your critter troubles! We heard noises coming from our attic and called Mr Critter to investigate. Chris gave us a call back in a timely manner and was by our home in no time. He did his inspections and found a hole that had been created in the roof. He went ahead and had a camera set up and was able to identify the squirrels causing them. Within a few days, he had them captured with the aid of traps. We also had a broken vent which had invited birds to make a home. He cleaned out the birds and replaced the vent cover. We would recommend Chris anytime. He is very professional and knowledgeable at what he does.

Christopher answered by call and we met at my house in 30 minutes. He was friendly and professional and put on shoe covers before he came in. He got the squirrel in the fireplace and put it in a havahart trap and took it away. I recommend him 100%.

I can’t imagine how anyone could get better service than with Chris. Don’t let his youth fool you, he’s competent, knowledgable and does exactly what he says he will do. We had a “squirrel problem “ in our co-joined attic ( townhome).He caught the squirrel, boarded up the areas of entrance and continued to monitor the attic for further activity.
