I could not have had a better experience working with Joe, Josh and the installation team. I selected a patterned carpet for my stairwell and entire upstairs. I was nervous about it lining up straight. The rooms were great but the stairs looked a little off. Joe, Josh and one of the installers came out on a Saturday to look at it . The installer knew exactly what the issue was. He came back with more carpet and replaced the ones that needed it. Everyone was so nice about it! I also had LVT put in the bathrooms. Beautiful! I couldnt be happier!!

Josh was super awesome ! From start to finish was flexible in allowing me the time needed to finish up paying my balance. The work was completed in two hours my kitchen entryway and closet done to perfection I wish I could mention the gentleman that did the work beyond awesome ! My floors look Amazing! Josh and his team were highly professional and did an excellent job. Their method took a lot of stress out of the buying process (we were able to go through the sales process at home with the mobile show room while our young children were napping), and we will definitely use them again. I asked the installers when they were here about what their opinion was of the carpet - I thought it was telling when they told me that Josh and Joe dont mess around with cheap carpet. The end-to-end service went above and beyond anything I have experienced in home improvement stores. Buy local, get better service, and take the stress out of the process.

The entire process was very smooth and professional from start to finish. The process started with a consultation and a company background presentation. The flexibility with the project manager was smooth and was always in touch if we needed him. We had our hearts set on a product but after finding out that it was not only on back order, but it was much more expensive, we were able to find a equal beautiful product.Unfortunately, the product that we chose was on back order for over a couple of months. We were able to finally get the product mid May. The day before the installation, the product as well as the dumpster was delivered. The product manager coordinated all of this and gave us time frames on everything so we were able to plan accordingly.On the day of install, the project manager introduced me to the install team. Everything went smooth. The job was mostly completed on day one without hiccups. The had to put some trim on “shoe” on day two and everything looked great!A few days later, we had the final walkthrough with the project manager and pointed out a few minor defects. There was quick turn around on this and now everything looks great!The overall experience I would give a 3.8 out of 5. Since I can’t do that on Google, I gave it a 4. Now, the reason they didn’t get a 5 out of 5. During the install, I periodically went down to see the progress. Towards late afternoon on day 2, I noticed the dumpster being taken away. So I walked downstairs and saw all the furniture was still sitting in the staging spots and our huge white cabinet still in the utility room where the workers moved it. I had no idea if they were done or not as nothing was put back when they moved it. Also, they did a number 1 in our toilet and never flushed!!!In Conclusion, overall experience was a 3.8 out of 5 and I would recommend this company to others.

Josh and his team finished our staircase and entryway last week and the whole thing looks great. The workmanship is spot on-everything fits tightly, the flooring has just enough surface detail to make it less slippery than the old carpet that we originally had on it. The guys that installed it did a great job, were very polite, and kept us informed hourly about how the project was coming together. And they completely cleaned up afterwards.My husband and I are very pleased and will be having Josh, Joe, and their crew back next year to install the same flooring upstairs in our home.
