Thought Id give this place one more chance....which was my last.over priced me on an appraisal for a ring repair. Told me I needed something done but in realty they had just fixed that part a year ago. Took it to a independent local owned jewelry store where the customer service was amazing and got it repaired for half the cost!!!

They were very eager to help me when I was willing to spend my money, but their customer service lacked substantially when it came to returning the ring that I bought. They also seemed to push their more expensive products and tried to convince me that I should keep my ring when it clearly wasnt the right fit. I am disappointed.

Every visit here is painful, expect to wait at least 30 minutes even if you are just trying to pick up rings after cleaning. This has been this way for years.

I had an amazing experience with the sales woman Amy M. She was very knowledgeable And helped me pick out a few wedding bands that matched my engagement ring since the Wedding band I was originally going to get they no longer made. Amy was very helpful and attentive and listened to what I was looking for and gave me her honest opinion and I did not feel like she was trying hard to sell me but really cared about what I wanted. I never felt rushed and she took time to show me different styles. My husband and I will be back to pick out one of the wedding bands Amy helped me pick out and I hope to see her again when I do. Thank you, Amy M for your amazing service! 😃

I was greeted by Amy, we didnt know it was by appointment, however she found time for us to clean and inspect My jewelery, she then helped me out for a gift for my birthday! absolutely loved her attitude and how good of an eye she has. I went in to get a ring re sized and the guy took my old ring that fit and compared it to the ring I needed resized and insisted I didnt need to try on the finger size things. Which I wanted to do and I got my ring back and its way to small. Not happy. As I live over a hour away and I called the lady and they said they will call me back. Like ok? Wow.

I drove to this location just to get 2 rings checked for the lifetime warranty. Little did I know, they decided to be appointment only yet it is not posted on any platform whatsoever... I called and told the girl who answered that I was in front of the store and all she would say is that they were extending warranties until January and that they weren’t taking anymore appointments today. There was no one in the store... Talk about going above and beyond for your customers with great customer service... This isn’t the first we’ve had this kind of service either.

I was very disappointed in the customer service both onsite and over the phone. We had gone in for a replacement watch band and spent 45 minutes waiting for their manager to get details and ended up leaving with them saying theyd call us when they knew more. Knowing it was a weekend, we granted grace in figuring wed hear the following week after they talked to Tag Heuer. Not hearing anything in a week, I called to get the details and price info. We went to a different jeweler. A week AFTER that, we finally heard from Jared; they left a voice mail. They quoted us $30 more for the exact same band. I called back to ask questions and the person who answered the phone said it wasnt in his job description and told me to call back in 2 days to talk to the assistant manager.

Horrible experience after the purchase. Took the ring in to be sized which took a week. Got it back and the ring was ruined. The setting was crooked and the ring was oblong. Took it back the next day and was promised it would be fixed. Took another week. This time when I picked it up I inspected it very closely. The prongs that come off the band and surround the diamond (not hold it) are now crooked..... Why was the top of the ring even touched to size it? They keep making promises that they do not keep. I am now taking it too a different jeweler and making sure they did not remove my original diamond and replace it with junk. This company is a crack pot and I will never step foot inside a room with any of their employees unless its a court room! I am so disappointed.

This is my story of events which happened with this particular store. My fiancé proposed to me on Thursday March 5th, 2020. Covid-19 shut everything down the following week. Mid July we were able to go into the store. We initially went to have my engagement ring cleaned as part of the warranty, ended up deciding to have it resized and put down payment on layaway for my wedding band. Within a couple days received a phone call saying that the layaway program was going to be discontinued beginning August and we either needed to get our money back or pay it in full. So, when my ring was done about a week after initial drop off, I picked it up and canceled the layaway payment. I checked to make sure the ring fit and was, what felt like, hurried out the door. While driving I noticed the ring didnt feel right. Once home I saw the band was uneven in thickness, a Cathedral was pushed in close to the diamond, and scuff marks. Unhappy, but still hopeful, we took it back to be fixed. Another week later my fiancé went to pick it up. The result was another disappointment. He saw immediately a prong which holds the diamond was bent as well as scuffs all along the band, the employee agreed I wouldnt like that. After he brought it home so I could see it, I made a phone call to the store, as to how this situation was going to be fixed. Toward the end of the conversation it was said, third times a charm right followed by a chuckle, that didnt sit well with me as I dont feel like this is a laughing matter. Anyway, a meeting was set a couple days later. The day of the meeting we called again. At this point, we were told that they had decided to order me a new ring in my size because of everything that has happened with the other one. Okay. A rush was put on it to arrive a few days later. I go pick it up, all by appointment every time, try it on and its way too big. I felt so overwhelmed with emotions that I was having a difficult time keeping it all together. The whole point of having my ring ordered in my size was so that it didnt have to get resized, as that was part of the problem. A manager in passing apologized for the size, as she was the one who ordered it but didnt know what size. Umm...then you ask before you order it or you look in the file. I have more to say about that but, I want to stick to the story. While I was there my size ring was ordered, should arrive in a week. I didnt want to leave my ring there, so I took it with me until the other came in. I was also assured that their top person would be the one setting the diamond, thank goodness because I really didnt want whomever worked on it before to even touch my ring. Week later comes and I try on the band to make sure it fits before the diamond gets set. It does and a couple hours later it was done. I checked my ring over, asked questions about any flaw I might have seen, and I was satisfied with the answers. Before leaving, as another form of apologizing, letting them make it right, and everything Id gone through, a bouquet of flowers was given to me. I finally had my ring back.

After purchasing my engagement ring and wedding band here over 6 years ago, it continues to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I enter the building to get my my ring checked for my warranty I am ignored for the first 10 mins. Typically this is longer but 10 mins is the shortest time I have waited. Then after about no more then a few seconds, after they realize that my ring isnt overdue for a check, they tell me everything looks fine. I am very diligent about going in to not go past my warranty and every time they tell me I can sign up for emails to tell me when to come in, I have yet to see an email telling me when my warranty is due. More recently I went in and was told they are holding off on inspections for 6 months(because of Covid), no where did they send that or update my warranty so I have no way of knowing if that is actually true. Now a few months later I called to check if I was due for a warranty check before driving all the way there, and was told I am with customers right now so I cant check that, you can set up an appointment to come in....I too am a customer, or at least potential customer. Do not purchase your wedding band or engagement rings here unless you have no plans of following through with your warranty.

The staff was amazing and made it feel like they genuinely care about you and your life. I went in look for an engagement ring and the staff was quick to help me out. They didnt pressure me towards doing anything and was very friendly about questions. Definitely would recommend them.

Well....we stood outside of the door for about 2-3 minutes. Once we walked off, they opened the door to let other people in. I would suggest calling ahead before you go. I wont be returning.

I just called about confirmation on a payment and the lady was super rude. My fiancé and I spend a lot of money there in the past. I will not buy any of my future jewelry there. I am a strong believer in customer service and have worked in customer service. Will not suggest this to anyone will be giving another jewelry store our business.

I brought my engagement ring in for a cleaning and an unplanned inspection. While looking at the ring it was discovered that one of my diamonds was cracked. Originally it was going to take 3-days for me to get my ring back. After explaining that our engagement phots are tomorrow the kind sales associate asked the jeweler to do the work today and I was able to get my ring back in 2-hours.Thank you, Ho, for fitting in my ring repair into your busy day. It’s appreciated more then you know.

They judge you and treat you different based on class. They dont seem to want to help if they dont think you have money, poor customer service. My fiancè had an issue and said they would call him back but never did and when he did call them they had no idea what he was talking about.

Good varities, nice quality. I would suggest you do some research online and narrow down your choices before heading to the store. It will save you a tons of time. They have many different choices scattered throughout the store, makes it difficult for someone like me who doesnt like shopping too much. They had several new associates probably for Holidays, while they were very nice, it made a bit challenging for them to assist due to their lack of experience. But again they all were very nice and friendly. I would recommend to go check them out.

Came in about 7pm in the evening and spoke to a lady to get my wife’s ring iridium plated under warranty. When the ring was inspected in April they told us we needed it re-plated. She was very helpful and told us it would be ready at 9pm that evening. We can in the next day instead to pick it up it still wasn’t ready at 11am. The guy we talked to made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal that the ring still wasn’t ready and we had to wait. Then, upon pick up, the same guy ensured to “inform” us that iridium plating was NEVER necessary even though Jared’s service people said we needed it soon. He said people get “addicted” to the shine and want it re-plated all the time but that’s not the case for us at all. Very displeased with the service except for the First Lady we spoke to. Surprised they couldn’t seamlessly handle a simple service under warranty.

Went to Jareds to have the band adjusted on an expensive watch I received as a gift. Gentlemen assisting me(steve) suggested he should not do that since he was not sure where it was purchased and was concerned about voiding a warranty. The website of the brand(TH) listed Jared as an official dealer. Before i left he asked if i shop there often and commented on my baseball cap and t shirt. I believe he did not think I measured up to his usual clientele. I wont be back.

What a great experience! My boyfriend bought me a gorgeous necklace and bracelet from Amy and two days later I broke the chain. I was so upset, I went back to the store to get it fixed and Amy was there and immediately helped me when i walked in and replaced my chain within 5 mins. She also remembered my boyfriend bought the jewelry for my birthday and wished me happy birthday. This was the best customer service I have had in a long time. I will definitely be back and suggest this place to my friends!

My fiancée and I had a great experience at Jared. They were very respectful of our budget and helped us to select a beautiful engagement ring. They even had some great ideas for wedding bands that would fit the style of the rings. Will be going back. Our sales associate was amazing! Coolest thing is my fiancée had a fun time looking with me. He really helped him to feel at ease.

We were very hesitant to shop at an actual jewelry store as the stereotype of a jewelry store is a stuffy and pushy. We stopped at Jareds not expecting to purchase anything. Our experience was way beyond what we could have ever imagined. The staff was very friendly. They took their time to explain every detail. Made us feel at ease at very comfortable with our purchase. Johana was amazing and never once pressured us. She even hugged me goodbye! If you havent been, Id recommend stopping in and checking them out.

Me and why wife went here on the soul purpose to get a ring size, and see what styles they had. We made it clear several times that we were not looking to buy, and that we were just starting to check out rings for the first time. They immediately fill us with useless information we could care less about. How about you just size my wifes damn finger like she asked. My wife wants something super basic, and simple, because thats what she likes. They bring us to a case with fancy over the top rings. Shes not having any of it, and requests a basic single diamond ring. They bring out a ring with a huge rock on it. It was too big, and my wife immediately didnt care for it. They insist she should get something nice, but she doesnt like it. They ignored any of her requests, and were focused on a sale. Making a sale. Whats our budget. How much am I willing to spend, and talking about financing. Why? We are looking. Are your ears broken? They ask me what I think, and I tell them I dont care at all. Then he proceeds to throw my under the bus, because I dont care what she gets as long as she likes it. That pisses off my wife, but theyre utter idiots. Belittling us saying we will only get confused if we shop else where, and that if she sees something she likes we should jump on it so someone else doesnt get it. Please.... its a shinny rock, and they have several in the store. If they sell out off all of them we can always go elsewhere. I have never had such a negative experience at any store. Its incredible how not a single sales person had the competence to do as we asked. When I finally stepped in, and asked for a smaller diamond they brought out a different cut, because surely that was the issue. No my wife has small fingers, and the larger rock looked stupid on it, and she just wanted something to match her hand better. Thats not even the best part. The man no only completely ignored my request for a smaller rock, but tried to use it as ammo against me saying my wife deserved something nice. Guess what buddy? She deserved to be listened to. You failed to meet any of her requests. The only request that was met was when the first lady helped her get sized up. I guess we got sized up, but what an utter waste of time. We will never return to your store. You are all money hungry commission goblins.

I always have to wait at least 20 mins for help here. They take an excessive amount of time to repair jewelry. They put a sub standard opal in my ring (luckily Jared in maple grove fixed it). They didnt give us a gem and stone guarantee even though we paid for it with the ring. When my significant other went in to pay off his card they randomly charged him $3 then charged him a $45 late fee for not paying the unknown $3 at the time. This location has terrible service.

Dont Bother. Do not even bother going to Jared. You end up spending more time on the phone checking on your order than you will enjoying it. My engagement ring information was lost, it was ordered in the wrong size, my husbands wedding band was paid for twice due to a district manager issue, and when my husband ordered a second band for my ring he was told 4 weeks. It has been 5 weeks, and we call they say it will be done by the end of September, due to the demand for Neil Lane. That is 2 months more than they quoted us. Jared is a joke. He went to Jared and we wont be back. Go to Wedding Day, a little more expensive, but more than worth it.

Me and my wife went in to have our 6 month on 12/5/18 check over on our rings, They were busy we were waiting to have our rings inspectied at that time John Cuzzo went above and beyond for me and my wife with our rings inspected and clean within 20 minutes!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE do to the great service by John Cuzzo we got a necklace due to John Cuzzo awesome service. I highly recommend John Cuzzo to family and friends along with anybody else. Great Service!!

Im giving it two stars (upvoted from original one star) because of the service received from one of the girls working in the charms department, but otherwise it was a one star experience. Long story below:We walked in and were greeted, the diamond experts were busy so we were asked to wait just a few minutes and browse. We did so. Fifteen minutes later not one of the diamond experts had acknowledged us. The girl working in the charms section who had greeted us came over and told us she didnt know much but she could take things out of the case for us and do the best she could. She was absolutely wonderful, she asked me about the significance of my ring and was very empathetic. We were comparing two rings and were about to buy one. She asked a diamond expert who was finishing up if he could help us. He looked over at us and said he was busy, but if we had questions hed try. When told what we wanted he dismissed it, automatically assumed it was for an engagement ring (it was for a wedding ring, were already married, we told him twice), pushed, and basically stopped talking to me and only talked to my husband. I turned to the girl helping us and asked for her info because I was uncomfortable with the man. He got upset with her when she wrote her info down, and my husband took me aside and asked for us to leave. When I got back the man was lecturing her very angrily about the fact that hes the salesman, she messed up the sale, now we dont want to buy from him, yadda yadda. We were so uncomfortable and fed up at this point we left, and my husband told me that we could get the ring, but not from that Jareds. Truly, we were both so appalled by the unprofessionalism, and whether or not the charm girl was a salesperson she actually listened to me and didnt interrupt or ignore my wishes. I think Jareds is a good store and has some stellar employees like the charm girl, but the experience was not a good one at this location. Im not posting names because I dont want to get her into more trouble.
