The best cleaning service in the Twin Cities. We almost never have any problems with them and if something does arise it is taken care of right away. Their communication is outstanding and they are always following up to make sure we are satisfied. Their manager stops by once a week to inspect and make sure a great job is being done. Cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!

For starters all they do is micromanage their workers, they make you scared that you’ll lose your contract for any reason. We are underpaid and they take advantage of the fact they find the accounts for us. A note to any company that’s looking to hire citywide: they treat us like animals and the pay ends up being $10 or less an hour with all the additional work they make us do, they make us put down a security deposit which they take for any small reason. Demand you meet the actual cleaners and make sure they agree to the ACTUAL pay, citywide takes a majority of the pay clients present and pays contractors minimum wage or less. BE WARNED!

Working for them has been tiring.The overall experience has been poor, they take a large portion of what the clients pay. You have to answer to multiple managers. They look for any reason to terminate your contract so they can keep your deposit, my advice is to other cleaners is be your own boss and look for your own work. Sorry citywide I am standing up finally for all of the subcontractors that you take advantage of now and in the past. Change your ways.

We have been a subcontractor of janitorial services with City Wide Maintenance for three years and can only revel about our experience. Everyone from Mitch, Ryan, Tyler, Kirsten and Shelly have been professional and accommodating to our business. We continue to work hard for the company and clients thus being rewarded with contracts. We are giving weekly updates on our contracts with positive feedback and detailed information to provide the best product for our clients. City Wide will be our future for years to come as we have found a business partner to grow with and provide for our family

We transitioned from a much larger cleaning company about a year ago and have been so pleased with both the quality of cleaning and the attentive customer service. Management regularly checks in with us to see if they are meeting our standards. Our staff of about 100 noticed the positive change immediately. We have worked with City Wide for two years now. Our account representatives have been great and responsive - really listen to our needs. The cleaning crews have also been pretty good and side projects that we hire City Wide for are friendly, willing to work with our building layout quirks to provide quality service and work from lighting needs to carpet to window work!

I wish I could leave zero stars. I would never recommend subcontracting with this company. I’ve worked with them for 3 months, I have yet to be paid for any work I’ve done. When I called and asked why I haven’t gotten paid they just say there is nothing they can do to get me paid. These people are criminals. They offer you jobs that pay around $10/hr, if you don’t take the jobs they make you feel guilty as a tactic to pay contractors nothing but crumbs. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! They are thieves and will not pay you.

Weve been working with Greg, Brian and the City Wide Minnesota team for over 6 years now and it that time their service has been exceptional. They are honest, transparent, hard-working and committed to getting it done right. They act with high integrity and care for their customers and will go the extra mile. This is my first time ever writing a google review but after doing business with City Wide for over 4 years I decided that it was time to let everyone know what a great job they do. We are not their largest relationship but they have always made us feel like we are important to them!

I signed up to have them clean my showroom & office because a friend of mine was working as a sales person for them. We have used them for a year. The floors consistency looked like they pushed the dirt around instead of being swept and mopped. The countertops and desks were not being dusted. The sinks and faucets were not being cleaned. When our office manager complained no change in quality of cleaning was made. Then they started sending harassing emails to our accounting department because we were paying late. We consistently paid in 3-7 days after the work was complete. That is fantastic turn around in my business! The controller Brian and sales person Tyler are terrible to deal with. They do not care about quality of their work or how they treat their clients. If you are looking to start cleaning services with this company I recommend that you look elsewhere.

Ive worked with Mitch for 5 months now and he is one of the most professional and intelligent individuals I have worked with in any field. He is consistently pointing out things that could be better or improved upon at my facility and provides solutions to do so. If youre considering working with him, do it.

I really appreciate having Maghan on board. She is very helpful, particularly with special requests. She is prompt to responding when there is a problem and equally quick to help with any special requests--window cleaning, moving furniture, etc. Sergios services are excellent as well and he is always willing to go the extra mile.

Hired this company for our various offices, they do not do the work themselves they actually sub contract the work out. Subcontractors would sometimes bring their children to their premises also which is not very professional as well. The workers even spoke to one of my employees complaining how underpaid they were . Apparently citywide takes a large portion of the check we give to them . Other colleagues do not recommend them either. They claim they do background check but sub contractors can bring in family members without them knowing because they have keys to the buildings. DO NOT HIRE!!! IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE FOR OUR COMPANY, THERE WAS THEFT AT OUR PLACE AS WELL AND WE CAUGHT A SUBCONTRACTORS SON WATCHING ADULT VIDEOS ON HIS PHONE IN ONE OF OUR EXECUTIVES OFFICES !! 0 Stars!!!

If you looking for success on your cleaning business than Stay away from (CITY WIDE) and keep working hard on your own than your lucky days will come one at a time.I went to couple of their meetings and I learned enough to desmotívate my self of not to fall on their complete lies.I was lucky to not sign any of their cheap offers.Do the math on making decent profit with this company than you will realize you could do much better working at McDonald’s let’s just put it that way.This company is for people who has zero knowledge of running a business and what a real business is about.I am happy I waited and currently have 12 full time people on my payroll with my own accounts.So be patient work hard and invest on your company and your business will grow it self so you don’t need to subcontract any account.DONT LET SOMEONE TAKE POSSESSION OF YOUR OPPORTUNITIES LIMITING YOUR SUCCESS....BE YOUR OWN BOSS !!!BUT DONT BE OWN BY ONE...!!!!;)

As a company owner doing work for them, they mislead you to work that is pretty much $5 an hour after all there fees and takeaway catches. AND they want you to buy all this fancy equipment. Save your time

Very ugly ppl to work with..we had an account with then they decided to terminate us with no warning.. when I asked what had happened all that Ryan could say was you asked my ppl to work for you...when all I had done was ask a question if that was ever a possibility. Oh but you have to let them know if you wanna leave an account 3 months In advance.. very unorganized ppl stay away and look for your own contracts contractors.. it’s not worth your time or money. ☠️☠️☠️
