I live in a townhouse. The association connected with my townhouse hired Capital Construction. Capital Construction plopped the pallets with the roof tiles on my driveway to use on the building where my townhouse is located. I have a two car garage. One of my cars is not working. The pallets were partially blocking the side of the driveway where the car that worked was parked. I asked them via their website to move the pallet(s) onto the grass. I was totally ignored. The repair to the roof took 2 days. The pallet sat on my driveway for 2 weeks. There was a driver that came by the neighborhood to deliver the pallets to the different buildings. He never took the time to move the pallet blocking my driveway onto the grass. I ended up having to move the very heaving tile packs by hand myself onto the grass.The workers were playing their music very loud. One of the workers was working outside of the window where my wife works. She was annoyed by the music so I went outside to ask the worker to turn down his music. He asked, why should he? I explained to him that my wife was working on the other side of the wall. He turned the music down for two minutes then raised the volume back up to the annoying level.

Siding was pulled off the house from wind. Capitol repaired it for us. Cole was very quick to respond to me via Facebook and came to look at it the same day. We had a storm come through in August 2020. We had over four contractors come look at the roof. Immediately after they found out who we were insured with, they informed us that they could not work with us. It was a large insurance company that had a reputation for being very difficult. After months of searching for a contractor who would be willing to assist us with our roof and storm damage to no avail, we were given the contact information for Hoa Mai, with Capital Construction, LLC. Hoa responded immediately and came over to look at the roof within 48 hours. He was available, thorough, knowledgeable, and patient when working with us. They denied our claim and he challenged their denial. They first claimed there wasnt damage, then only approved a portion be replaced, then refused to replaced the gutters. It was a lot of back and forth for a year. After working with us diligently to get our claim approved, we finally got the entire roof replaced. In August 2021 we finally received the last approval for our gutter damage. It took a year! Once we had been approved, he moved quickly to complete the job. It took a day and a half and we are very satisfied with their workmanship. I would use them again and will recommend them to my family and friends. If you want an honest and transparent contractor, Hoa at Capital Construction is your guy. Yes, they cant get everything approved, but he sure worked hard to get as much as he could and didnt let the company bully him. We literally threw in the towel but he kept going. Glad we had the opportunity to work with Hoa.

Capital construction was amazing to work with. We had hail/wind damage. Cole was out here right away on our roof and looking at the damage. He worked with our insurance company to make the process go slick and easy. During the replacement he stopped by several times making sure that everything was going perfect. Update: To the owner who replied, feel free to call me and review my and my wifes statement of what happened. Id be happy to discuss how Dan led us through several meetings stating we were replacing the roof and the gutters. Only to show up to do the roof, I ask about the gutter work and he says they are not doing it. Makes sense how it was constantly pushed back and back until one day he shows up asking for several thousand to do the gutters he was telling me were included. No work to help justify a larger insurance amount or discussion of possible steps. That is the problem here. I was very surprised and felt I was gaslighted into using your company. You have my phone number on file, you can call to hear the story and hear my wifes version. Heck, even my neighbor who knows when I was frustrated about it. I dropped this here when I just had enough of thinking about it and wanted to notify folks to get your promises in writing or go with someone else.I wont be asking Capital for any future work. They did a hail replacement of our roof. The roof work was fine. Standard storm chase quality. What earned the one star review was the fact they came and said theyd do the two jobs. The roof and gutters. They happily got to work on the roof and would not talk too much about gutters but said they will talk to me about gutters later. Of course later meant after we were moving forward with the roof.That was when I was told gutters were not included even though they were planned originally. I should never have given final payment until gutters and appropriate flashing was put on the house.Long story short is the company will sell you a job, tell you after its not all there, and then attempt to not follow up to fix a punch list. That took weeks of calling and holding on to the finally $15k to get one fix on the front of the house.Find a better construction crew.

They worked in tandem with the insurance adjuster and I would recommend them and Capital to anyone in my neighborhood (and have numerous times already:)

Got new siding. Looks great and did a great job. Very responsive when we had questions. Would definently use them again

We are so happy with work they did for us. After being referred to us, we used them to inspect the roof and filed claim to insurance for roof replacement. They worked with insurance and work they did afterwards was great.
