The installers, Kevin (Leadman) and Brandon were very courteous and safety conscious (wore COVID masks the entire time) and cleaned up their debris, gave excellent operating instructions and gave me a copy of the stairlift owners manual. Initial install and interaction was great. Ceiling lift equipment has been very reliable and other than one motor repair over the course of two years, it has worked flawlessly. HOWEVER, yesterday one of my ceiling lifts quit working and I called for ASAP service. They state I have a balance due of some sort, however, Ive never received an invoice or even a phone call on this mysterious balance. They wont repair the lift and Im really left in a bad care situation without this ceiling lift.EDIT: They resolved the issue. Ive upgraded my rating.
