If you are looking for someone you can trust will listen to what you want and/or give you input/ideas AND nail it every time, see David. Color, cut, style, etc; hes got it. I dont (and wont) see anyone else if I can help it. Hes worth the wait (which I pretty much never have to do). I always leave feeling like a million bucks.

On Friday October 11th i wanted to get my hair done for my birthday. I am from Owatonna and all the salons were full here. My friend suggested Regis @ burnsville mall. I called and they said they could help me. So i drove the 45 minutes and got in with in 20 minutes. Jessica was my stylist and we were both unsure if the look i wanted was gping to turn out at first. Let me tell you i am more than satisfied at what an amazing job Jessica Denninger/Bell did for me. I was 100% satisfied. I would reccomend her and the salon. A Big thank you Jessica. You made my birthday present from my husband turnout amazing. I love my new look. I will be back.
Ugh, it took 4 hours to do my hair (normally 1 1/2 hrs) and then the color was not correct. The salon was so hot, they seriously need to check their climate control and turn on the A/C. Will not go back. It is 10:30 p.m. and the girl wanted to put color on my hair and have me wash it out when I got home. No way was I doing that. Disappointing.
Absolutely terrible. I came in lady was just sitting on her phone, I was the only person she completely rushed through my hair to just sit back on her phone. And all I got done was a hair treatment. Unbelievably terrible service.

Terrible customer service. I walk in and the lady is on her phone and doesn’t even acknowledge us until I speak up. She then tells me to take a seat and she’ll be right with me. They only had one customer and she was already being helped. While I’m waiting, the lady that is supposed to help me THEN decideds that it’s the perfect time to clean up the shop. I get my eyebrows waxed and I have to tell the lady to do the top of my eyebrows. I then feel her wiping wax off my hair with a towel. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. $16 only for me to tell her how to do her job.

First time here, I went in for a color and was told that they preferred to do a red color on my hair when I wanted a pinkish blonde. They went ahead with their choice and fried my hair. Second time they over charged me for some products when a time before it was HALF of what they charged me with today.. and just like before, they were rude again today. Worst customer service ever.
Let me start off by saying I usually know better than to go to a hair salon with a 2.3 star google review, but it was Sunday and I had a very important day coming up this week, so I impulsively decided I would go to the only salon near me that was open on a Sunday.My stylist was nice and friendly at the beginning. I went in for partial highlight, she talked me into a balayage instead saying itd just be a LITTLE bit more money. Two other people came in, one asking for a haircut, one asking for a brow wax and she said to come back in a half hour and she could do them both after she had just started on my hair...... Towards the end of my appointment it got to be close to closing time. She checked the foils and said not yet and added more color to them. Then had me sit for about 5 more minutes before washing out. She left the toner in my hair for about 3 minutes, then conditioned quickly. She didnt use any de- tangler or heat protectant; no product at all after washing, didnt comb my hair out thoroughly, nor did she dry it all the way (I said it was fine not to dry all the way, because I have thick hair that takes a long time, and also because she was already rushing, I felt uncomfortable). Due to my hair being wet still and snarly I couldnt really even see what the final product was. I figured Id see when I went home and dried it and brushed it out for myself. So I paid my bill of $170 DOLLARS and since Im a waitress, I left an 18% tip of $30. My color is so much oranger than I wanted and on the right side of my head it is embarrassingly streaky and choppy- even my co- workers are like, where did you go thats awful.. I called to talk with the manager the next day, but she wasnt in. I left my contact info and was told shed give me a call the next morning- FIRST THING! I appreciated hearing that.Well, two days have gone by and I havent heard a single thing and am still stuck with this awful hair color. At this point, I will never go back. I will wait until my next payday with extra spending cash to go to a salon I know I can count on and will fix my hair immediately if Im not satisfied.Less than satisfactory results and horrible customer service from someone in a management position.
Got there at 10:50 was left waiting for over 15 minutes only to have the mananger who was running late hair spray her hair, put on lipstick. She told me shed be right with me. As she sits doen and then starts to curl her hair. Come to find out this was the mananger?? Umm...No thank you. Terrible customer service. I had to leave. Went to Le Beaute Salon and spa. Best decision I ever made!!

I’ve had haircuts from here multiple times and both times I did not receive satisfactory service. The stylist was not willing to do what I had in mind and was trying to convince me to do what she had in mind. And finally gave me a cut that i was not impressed with. The other time I went to get my bangs done and I did not appreciate the semi lousy job that was done and the hair was unevenly done.
They wouldnt give me the color that I wanted, they insisted that I go darker.
The Manager helped me out that day. Got the haircut I wanted, was a bit more $$ but totally worth it 🖒🖒🖒 Thank You
