I cant even begin to tell you everything he ruined on our car and charged us for his bs! My advice is for anyone considering using this place, is to RUN the other way! He charges for work that isnt even done! I have pics to prove it!!!

So far so good RJ and his team has figured out problems with my car no one else has figured out I recommend this shop. Also you get what you pay for I dont like that your still charged for a diagnostic IF you receive mechanical services from them. But overall 👍

I have been going go his shop for over 10 years now, I will NOT GO TO ANYONE ELSE, I refer many people to him as well, RJ is HONEST, FAIR, and one of the VERY FEW SHOPS THAT GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF BRINGING YOUR OWN PARTS. I highly RECOMMEND HIM.

These guys are the most trustworthy mechanics you can find and will help you out as much as they possibly can. One time they even saved me money on something I thought needed done when it didn’t and I feel like most mechanics would still jump at that extra charge. Don’t waste your time any money with anyone else.

Very professional and great service. I’m traveling across the country from North Dakota and my engine light came on. It happened about 15 minutes before close and he welcomed me, when every other place told me they couldn’t helped me for a few days. If I was local, would come here for everything... fast and fixes it right.

Great services and excellent job. The AC in my car was broken, need to change with new compressor. So i bought a new compressor in Advance auto parts and have RJs Auto repair to did the work. I safe hundreds bucks then do in big automative repair shop/dealer which they charge almost double price than RJs. I will recommend this place because the price and the services are very great! And its been 6months since i did the repair, no problem at all with the AC.

Update January 2016: There was an issue with the previous repair on my truck. RJs Auto was extremely cooperative and helpful. This was greatly appreciated and I will continue to tell friends and family about the Awesome Service! I have been taking my car here since 2006. They are very knowledgeable in their profession. Depending on your car problem, the pricing here can be low or high but it is one of the best place to take your car to. Highly professional and friendly atmosphere !!!

I have been to RJs before and have had adequate service, no complaints. This week however, I took my car here for new wheel bearing. My car was at the shop for three days, due to labor and limited access to parts. (No one called me during this time frame to update me, which I found frustrating. ) I just went to pick up my car and it was almost $400, which is fine, it was only $70 more than the estimate. I was about to leave and I realized my car was covered in grease and oil. There was grease on my floor, on my driver side door, all over the upholstery, on my ceiling, on the passenger seat, it was everywhere. I went back in and ask for a grease fighting product to clean up my car. The technician was quick to go outside and clean up my car. He was able to get a majority of the grease out, but was unable to clean up the upholstery on my door. Then I realized that my rear view mirror was darkened out and I was unable to see out of it. I asked what had happened to my mirror. The technician told me that bearings do not involve mirrors and therefore they didnt touch it or break it. I am not sure what happened to it, but it most certainly was not broken when I dropped it off...In the end, I do have a new wheel bearing, but a broken mirror and a dirty car.The lack of communication, professionalism, and poor customer service will prevent me from returning in the future.

This is an honest auto shop, plain and simple. Truly a great shop from the owner and mechanics to the communication and integrity of the work being done.Have been going here for years and anytime I tried to compare prices for certain jobs to other shops RJS always was the fairest and most trusted to be done efficiently.Thank you guys for all of your help over the years!

I’ve brought my truck here twice. One time, they really could’ve screwed me because it was just before Christmas and I was desperate, but they quoted me the lowest of three prices I got in the area and had the truck ready to go with a new clutch in less than 4 hours. Second time I received quick service and competitive pricing again, only to be told the price was 15% lower than the original estimate when I picked up the truck. It took them less time than expected, so they were honest and lowered the price when they could have just left it on there. As far as I can tell, this is a straightforward, honest place to get repairs.

Dropped my truck off in the morning. RJ had it fixed and ready to go when i got off work that same day. Great service and honest. I will definitely go back and suggest him to my friends.

We were on vacation from Milwaukee Wisconsin, had a severe oil leak in our 2010 Flex. Two other shops could not determine the cause of the leak, but RJs was able to find the leak and fix it the next day and we were back in business by 11 a.m. . Also the vehicle was cleaned and ready to go other questions were answered, and we were very very pleased with the service and attitude of RJ and his staff. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone!!!

My van died last Tuesday in the Menards parking lot. I had it towed to RJs Auto. I am from out of town and knew no repair shops. They put my van in the garage at 4:30 and by 5:55, it was fixed and running. RJ was a life saver. I was able to finish my job there and be able to go home that night. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. His price was very cheap. I want to thank him again for his great service and keeping me informed all the time.

The staff at Rjs are friendly and honest. Being a single female its always a little scary going to a auto shop hoping not to get ripped off, thats not the case here!! They only do what is immediately needed and never over charge, and the flexibility of day of appointments as well. I have gotten everything from my autostart, tires, oil changes and regular maintenance done HERE. Stop reading and book your appointments here, you wont be disappointed!

My engine works great after the service that was performed by these guys.

Went in to get my front brake line fixed they did a great job on that. Afterwards they told me I had 5% remaining life left on my rear drum brakes, checked them today and they have well over 50% 5 months later. Dishonest I wouldnt recommend working with these guys

RJs AR was a lifesaver. My chevy aveo needed replacement spark plugs ASAP, it wasnt accelerating well and I had school and work the next day. I called 2 different auto shops, the first auto shop in Edina MN said they needed to keep my car overnight and charge $119 for diagnostics because I wanted my timing belt checked (plus spark plugs replacement $200), the other auto shop in minneapolis checked my car for free but said they needed to make $500 dollars in emergency repairs. So I visited RJs Auto near me for the first time, they checked my timing belt for free said it was good to go, they had the spark plugs for my car model ordered and delivered in no time. All in less than an hour and less than an $119 diagnostic scan. They also warned me about a repair I want to consider in the future but it wasnt as urgent or twice as expensive as the other auto shops made it to be. It gave me enough time to plan for the service, I didnt feel rushed. RJs is a small shop, but Ive gone to larger places with all the advertisements and red carpet, and all they did was give me a scare about my needed car repairs and rip me off. I definitely trust RJs for my future car services.
