So far easier than the intoxalock company one. Doesnt drain your battery like some of the other devices, soon as you turn you key then it uses power but not while the vehicle is sitting. Prices are better to.

This company was so helpful and their customer service is outstanding. Because of the circumstances I was expecting a less than pleasant experience but they were exceptional with helping me and my appointments and the general process of everything. I have just completed my year with ignition interlock. Overall I have had no issues besides in the winter I had a dead battery twice and had to jump the car, which set off a code, I then had to pay twice to have it reset, which was over $150. Even though I then had a battery charger always hooked up to the car, it would still drain the battery. My car is not an old car, it’s a 2019 and this shouldn’t of been happening. I even had the battery test and it was good, it was the device constantly draining it. To me that was a little ridiculous to have to pay that because it was the company’s device causing the issue. My service tech at north Branch auto was always amazing and did a good job when I would go there for my scheduled appointments.UPDATE: The owner of the company personally called me and made things right with me for the trouble that I had went through over the winter. He really cares about his customers. Highly recommend going through this company for ignition interlock.

I am very satisfied with my experience having ignition interlock with nationwide interlock. I like that my recalibration schedule was given to me a year at a time. Makes it easier to plan. Staff is very helpful and easy to work with. They made a stressful situation very easy to deal with.

Im happy to change my review (see original below). I appreciated receiving a phone call with a constructive goal to make things right. And actually, even though we had to wait the entire day, the technician at Kens Auto was super helpful in explaining the process to us and was generally a very sweet and nice person. I think giving clients a heads up during appointment schedule that the installation may take all day and a quick update call during installation if its taking long will easily alleviate any inconvenience the delay may cause.Not a great experience so far. We dropped off the car at 9am today, and five hours later are yet to receive any update. While making appointment, we were told it would take 2-2.5 hours to install the device. It is very inconvenient to have to wait the entire day and postponing other plans just waiting for a phone call.

I had a Draeger Interlock System for two years. After seeing other types of interlock devices, and could consider this device to be easy to use in comparison. The device looks on top of that, and you can get an LED light that blinks in the dash (if listening to loud music, and dont hear the device alarm to do a rolling test with the device, etc.) More so, every single customer service/billing/schedule staff is extremely pleasant to work with on the phone! Bi-monthly calibrations are nice as well, opposed to every month calibrations. I would definitely recommend Nationwide Interlock as an interlock provider!

I (unfortunately) have had an interlock device installed in my vehicle for NINE years 😳🙈 Of all the companies in the metro, Nationwide is genuinely the easiest, most convenient company to deal with. My payments were monthly automatic withdrawals and I only drove in to get a calibration done every other month. The appointments are quick, I use the Burnsville office but once visited Minneapolis so easy locations. I would highly recommend 👌🏼

I was on ignition interlock for two years. I found Nationwide Interlock to be great to work with. The calibration appointments were generally two months apart and easy to schedule. The office staff for payments and scheduling was always quick to answer the phone and friendly. I hope to never need their help again, but I would highly recommend their services.

The waiting time on the phone was minimal, and I knew that I was being assisted the whole time, rather than being tricked into giving more money like other businesses do so well.Im happy that they made every part of the confusing process as easy as possible, and were very flexible with finding locations for me to have my device serviced, as well as times with my unusual schedule.

I looked at various companies before finally singing with Nationwide. They had the most organization, the best response times and had the knowledge I needed when crisis struck my life. Thanks to the DUI....They made things easy when the entire DUI process was very tough and rigorous. I highly suggest to go with Interlock at nationwide. Again, Tatiana was the best! Tatiana was extremely helpful through the process of getting the information needed to have the device calibrated, serviced, and removed. There were challenges with service/calibration centers and rescheduling was needed. Nationwide staff did a good job making sure the unit was calibrated and minimally impacted schedule. Minimal time on the phone to get assistance if needed.Nationwide made all effort to make a confusing process/requirement as easy as possible reported the information to the state. The device was easy to use and keep clean even during COVID. Good product and organization.

I was not excited about having to use an interlock device. The Drager device that I had is very easy to use and ended up not being as bad as I thought it would be. I was originally with a different company and nationwide apparently bought them out. My experience with nationwide superseded the experience with the previous company and I’m happy they did so. I have nothing but praises to sing about nationwide and if you’re contemplating going with them do it! They were the cheapest I could find and the service is exceptional.

This company extorted me after I left a one star review. Threatened to terminate a mandated IID unless I changed my review...jeepers thats extortion! I had to call State Patrol in Madison to get it all resolved. Poor business practices at best. Try leaving a one star review and see for yourself.

Nationwide Interlock made it very easy to participate in the program. If I had to call them I didn’t wait on hold forever and ALWAYS got my issues resolved. I am from MN and the shop that installed it in Brooklyn Park did not meet my expectations. They weren’t professional and lacked knowledge of the device. Once installed, I changed the shop I get it serviced at to Innovative Auto Solutions in Albertville. It was a little farther to drive but well worth it. Overall Nationwide was an excellent company to work with.

My initial experience with this company made me question every billing because more often than not the billing was incorrect. I was asked to pay again for a lock out fee after I had just paid it. So my level of trust was not high. In subsequent dealings with the personnel myopinion has changed. I have found them personable and competent. And upon reflection even when errors were being made earlier the staff were responsive. At this point I put the problems down to starting difficulties. I recommend this company and product.

I originally went with a competitor of Nationwide for a few months, Wow what a mistake. When the state gives you the list of approved companies, you might think like I and think they are all equal just call one until you get through quick. Nope, alot of the competition is hard to reach if needed, there machines are large, clumsy and out dated and leave you with a mess in your front seat that you are embarrassed to let anyone see.😳Nationwide is way faster and super easy to blow through, the competition is such a drawn out process. Also, if you live in a colder state, it takes forever for there outdated device to warm up before you can initially start in the winter. Bottom line, if you have gotten yourself into needing one of these Companies, Dont waste your time or money. Nationwide makes the best out of a unfortunate situation. Thank you. Nationwide was very helpful with the whole setup process. Gina with scheduling would always answer any question and was very helpful.l throughout the process. 1st started getting my calibrations at a autobody shop and was always there way longer then i should have been. Switched to Burnsville, mn which was only calibrations, installs, and removals and was such a better experience. The process can be quite frustrating but if you read the manual and ask the proper questions regarding car tow, a dead battery ect you wont have any extra charges.

My experience was unusual at the beginning but when interlock bought out dragers, things where starting to make sense, interlock kept me informed and anxiety free from situations that would happen out of know where. I’m sure your rules, regulations, policy were more understanding to follow. It feels like a long ride for me has ended. I did learn a lot and hoping I won’t have to deal with this ever again. But interlock has been very accommodating through out the 14 months, so thank you for your support and this has been a learning experience for me and hopefully for other clients in the future.

I would recommend using this product if you ever find yourself needing to use and interlock device. the handheld is easy to use over other ones out there, my brother has a different one in his vehicle and its fancy, but i prefer the Nationwide interlock/Dragger model above any others! Very friendly staff and easy to use website to make payments!

Unfortunately, my poor decision making led me to researching car breathalyzers....I definitely wanted something sleek and small because I figured I would be mortified if I had friends or family riding in my car and they asked what the heck the “beepy thing” was. I landed on Drager, I think the device itself is great, I never had a problem with the device. Two years ago, when my device was installed, Drager’s contracts were with another company. I don’t even remember the name now. I started getting some mail about a year into my 2 year term detailing the switch to nationwide interlock and didn’t think much of it until I had to have some exchanges. I ALWAYS get a person on the line when I call and usually its the same person! They ALWAYS find me in the system before asking me 100 verification questions. They are very helpful with information and offer more answers than I would know the questions for, very helpful. Once, I had to get an unlock code, they were prompt and helpful that time as well! The biggest change for me, was using them as a 3rd party for scheduling service. Once I got into my rhythm it was very easy, they prescheduled several or all future services and sent mail to me indicating the dates and times, they were very flexible when I needed to make a change even on the day of. I really liked the text reminders about appointments coming up and the email receipts when auto payments were made. I would highly recommend using Nationwide Interlock for your needs. I would use them again! Not that I will ever have to ;). Good luck and drive safe!

Unfortunately I have had an interlock device 9 years ago, and now two years ago this round started. I have had one brand the 1st time, and another brand at the beginning of this round. My car broke down, and 6 months ago I went with Draeger installed by Nationwide. This has by far been the best experience in having these devices. The appointments have been convenient, the staff professional and personal. The device is unobtrusive, easy to use and quick. It may be a few $s more (for me) but worth it to be treated like a human being and pleasantly. Every call or contact from scheduling, billing and installation/calibration technicians was pleasant, and I fealt positive about the treatment, not judged.
