I lived here (about 8 yrs) when they were first built. I never missed a rent payment or had any complaints and when they sold the place they wouldn’t renew my lease. After I moved my Mom knew a person in the office who asked her would I like to come back. Why would I after they wouldn’t renew my lease? The management turnover was ridiculous. Every time I turned around there was a new property manager and new maintenance personnel. The rent at that time was reasonable but I am not sure why it’s so expensive now.
Lived there a few years ago, it was a frustrating experience.. went without a washer for over a month because they were bad at answering the phone. There was a truck parked in front of half of my driveway for the better part of 6 months that I didn’t own. Leasing office said they couldn’t move the truck as it was in the overflow spot which just happened to be blocking half the driveway. If I could give this dumpster fire zero stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to live.
Saw beautiful pictures online that said they were for rent, well need a place to live and I have tried to call and email them and everything with no response. I dont want to live somewhere where I cant even get ahold of anyone for questions on the property. I am not interested now.
This property is unprofessional. They call me to inform me I owe them 100 dollars towards application fees After already running my application. It was a blessing I did not move here. Their leasing agent misinforms prices mentioning they are lower if you put for a certain amount of months than says you did not lock in the price; therefore, having to pay another much higher amount. There is a promotion online for application fees that come to find out is a scam as well. I am calling corporate due to their negligence and disrespect. Everyone should have a Landlord/Tenant handbook with them. Know Your Rights!!
We lived here for ten months. Put in work orders weekly and little to no response for days to weeks on end. The place came with bumps and cracks that ended up making it harder for us now and again. Our fridge broke 4 time before they’d replace it, without refunding for the hundreds of dollars of food lost. Fixed both toilets a couple times. One six times alone, refused to replace it. All the appliances are very old. You also have to pay for garbage and utilities here, very expensive rent for a place without benefits. We complained about the cars parked beside our drive way multiple times a week because it made it very hard to reverse out without causing an accident. Also the children playing in the street with a careless mother watching them. This place didn’t please me for long. Small, expensive and without a doubt not worth it.
I’ve been trying to reach their office for two weeks now to ask about their homes and i’ve left 3 voicemails no one has return any of my calls. The worst rental management i’ve ever seen like the hours on their website are a lie too they open and close whenever they want.
So far this was a great experience!! Im excited to make wyngate townhomes my new home!!!!!
3 years ago, when Tere was managing and Robin was maintenance, this was a great place to live. Since they left, the place has continually gotten worse. Maintenance is non-existent! Ive resubmitted the same work orders since April, but they just close them without ever completing the work. Newer tenants are loud, drunk, and let their garbage spill out into the street. Police are here more often than anyone should comfortable with... its starting to feel like the projects! This place is ridiculously expensive and NO UTILITIES are included in the price. Nearly all of the nice families whove lived here for years have abandoned this sinking ship, and well definitely be joining them.
Terri was great and professional! The townhomes are very clean and spacious... Its seems like a wonderful place to call home!
Its very loud being next to freeway, the fit and finishes are just cheep, thin plastic tub and shower surround, small thin plastic stand up shower 3x3, kitchen counter tops were peeling off/ delaminating, the HVAC Air return is in one of the bedrooms and is quite loud, it is also under lock and key so that you cant change out the filter if you want. They only change the filter 3 times a year. Water stains in the sealing from a leaky tub upstairs, creaky floors, cheep appliance.
We rented with Timberland Partners Inc at the Wingate townhomes in Burnsville MN. We had issues starting almost immediately(within a day) with pipes leaking and flooding, to noise so excessive the police were called multiple times. To make matters worse we rented site unseen given we moved from a different state. First off before we get into details the reason we rented from them is because of great reviews, but they were fabricated or just lies. Also the townhouse we rented was listed at 2bath 3bedrooms but in reality is more line a 1.25bath. Yes it has a toilet but the door hits it as you cant open it up all the way. Also the shower is a tiny 3x3 shower that if you remember college, is smaller than a dorm shower. When confronted and asked why it was listed at a 2bath and replied with the first oh my bad we got from them...the first of many unfortunately.Upon moving in we had issues immediately but when attempting to address these issues the management at the property did not seem to understand why I was complaining when my kitchen was flooded and sparking from the outlets. To make matters worse when they did fix it the staff took a pee in front of my wife, tracked in mud everywhere, smoked outside the townhouse, and came into the house unannounced, once when we where not home and caught them on camera. I asked how long we needed to wait to turn on the lights since water and electricity dont mix well, got my a relaxed whenever really. I also asked if he was a licensed electrician and he just laughed which I took as a no. When confronted the management just said oh sorry, our bad. So apparently if you live there they can come into your house whenever those feel like it WITHOUT NOTICE and do pipe and electrical work without licensed contractors.!!!Regarding the noise, we complained about this on a weekly basis for the months we lived there. You could hear the screams from the street!! The police, DHS, and other departments were called frequently and we even took videos of picture frames shaking on the walls it was so loud. The staff again did nothing and when we literally sent a video of an entire wall shaking they replied with thats reasonable noise from connective neighbors......come on people. Of course as always they needed frequent reminders to even talk with the neighbors for the first time. When reminding management they again did the usual, oh sorry, my bad, or the lovey, i forgot. The noise never stopped for more than a day the entire time we lived there. Yes we understand kids cry and scream, they are children, but when you hear a kid screaming in terror and then people smashing things and slamming doors you get concerned, anyone would. We were able to get out of our lease early due to all these issues but we lost thousands because during our time there we were only able to sleep downstairs as the bedrooms were uninhabitable due to the excessive noise. We are trying to figure out how to get 2/3rd of our rent back for the months lived there as we only went upstairs to get closes and do laundry, but aside from hiring a lawyer i dont know what to do.Anyways,to top it off in the monthly bills they included pest and snow removal as well a processing and manager fees, which we never got an explanation about....but we had to do those ourselves of course too. We had ice directly outside our door during the winter and wasps during the summer, and we took photos of course. When we did get out of the house we only got part of our rent back even though we left the house in better condition then we got it. After talking with a regional manager he eventually got our entire deposit, after seeing our non stop proof, but it still doesnt even come close to the thousands we lost by basically living in a studio apartment with non stop issues.
Management has difficulty answering the phone here. I called everyday for a week during business hours, and left a couple voicemails asking about availability. I got lucky the week after and they picked up the phone.
Kids are everywhere...they play in the street like its a park.
