Great place to buy a bike. The staff was very kind and helpful and very patient while I worked out insurance and various details. I was a little disappointed that I couldnt test drive the bike before buying it, but I understand the insurance concerns. Still, as a rider unaccustomed to the cruiser style, it was uncomfortable buying a bike Ive never ridden. That said, they are located in a nice big empty parking lot, and were kind enough to let me do a few laps and return it if it wasnt going to work out. It worked out! Beautiful bike, great price point, great ride. (did the lights myself later).Be careful if youre going for color - I drove an hour out to look at this bike because I loved the burnt orange color. The bike itself is very red - it has a lot of gold fleck in the paint, so it looks super orange under studio lights, but be careful on color matching if thats what youre interested in.Edit: They said they filled up the gas tank when I bought the bike. They definitely did not, since I didnt even make it home before the gas light came on. Not sure what else they lied about.Edit 2: Battery died irrecoverably 200 miles later, and I need to bring it to a shop to see if the stator is bad. I still love the bike, but the little things are pesky.

I purchased a new 2017 Hayabusa from 6 Gear back in May of 2018. Carly was great to work with. I wasn’t hassled and I feel like I got a good deal.UNLIKE the “Crazy Kevin” dealership, 6 GEAR DID NOT LIE to me about what they had in their inventory and they were upfront and honest about the fees, which were basically just tax and title. When I called the “Crazy” dealerships phone number I apparently was speaking to a lady at their main office who straight up lied to me about the years and colors they had on hand. When I arrived they did have new Hayabusas, but not the 2017 in blue that I was looking for. The “Crazy” guys salesman wouldn’t tell me what the setup, paperwork, and other fees were. He said it was “above his pay grade” and I would have to find out from the finance guy.6 Gear is now my favorite Suzuki dealership and I’ll likely go back to them for my next purchase. If you are in the Greensboro or Winston-Salem area then this is the best place to shop for your new Suzuki.

These guys are AWESOME....they will take care of you....Especially Carly, I dealt with her mainly through email and she answered all my questions and returned my emails in the same day (sometimes multiple email exchanges). They even offered and delivered the bike to my house when i was unable to get it due to my work schedule. You will not go wrong with these guys. Go by and check them out.

Great people and amazing service I was in and out with my new bike in about an hour plus they brought my bike to my house wow!! I would say if I needed something I would be back there in a minute. They helped me find some decent grips for cheap and took the old ones off and installed them for free. I thought there was something wrong with my chain, they could have lied to me and made up something, but didnt. They were friendly and helpful.

Picked up a used Super Tenere. Drove from Indianapolis to get it, as the price and farkles couldnt be beat. Great people, great transaction. Heck - they even loaded the bike on my u-haul trailer.

Was quoted $25 to change a sportbike front tire (with wheel off). Take it in and after its been mounted the sales rep Patrick had tacked on another $8 for shop supplies. Not only that, they mounted the tire backwards! And to top it off, they dont even have a credit card machine. They couldnt get the blue tooth card reader to connect with their phone. And I ended up wasting a solid hour of time AFTER I got there to pick it up. This dealership wont be around very long......very little merchandise or gear.Update... now these guys are outta business. Shocker.

We inquired about a bike last night and heard from these guys first thing this a.m. We showed up and everything was ready to go, paperwork took all of 60 seconds and Chris (The owner) saved us SOOO much time by showing us his personal bike and ordering everything we needed to make it street legal!

Bought a Yamaha Bruin 450 had carburetor issues within 2 weeks took it in for service a week after getting it back and now its sitting in a building with the same issues. Probably best to go elsewhere.

My husband was looking at a bike was told he couldnt test ride it but it was stock started bike could tell had no baffles in exhaust was told it was fine by there mechanic after purchasing the and riding the bike would backfire so hard and loud would shut bike off and had a bad rattling had a mechanic from another reliable shop look and said it had exhaust leak and not good to ride the out baffles or havent it tuned to take back and did was told they would fix after waiting 2 weeks said it was ready went to pick up all the fixed was the exhaust leak said the exhaust shield was broke and would be 300 dollars.to fix by there mechanic but would order sum rubber parts and rig something up and also said it would still be fine with out baffles or tuner but told him what other mechanic said and he agreed because he knew the mechanic but to end it all another week later no phone call nothing SO NEVER EVER BY A BIKE FROM THIS PLACE!!-!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are just looking or asking, dont stop by here. The small guy that said he was sales manager was about as impolite as you could possibly be, even though I was talking to an employee that I knew for years. That is why I did business else where and would even go out of my way to avoid that place.
