I was helping a family member find resources in the Burlington area and wasnt having any luck. Although it wasnt the area Crossroads specializes in I gave them a call hoping they may be more familiar with what was available locally. They were phenomenal. I spoke with Ms Hattie and another woman who sadly I didnt catch her name. Both went above and beyond to provide resources and contact info for the resources needed. When I lost service on my cell phone Ms Hattie kept trying to call me back. It took over 30 minutes but her call came though and she gave me even more resources to help my family member. I cant say enough about how much I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond.

No i did agree i acted as my self and doctor walker gave up on me she is the worst theropist i know and i went thro a lot of them she did not help me she made me worsei had to act proper in her office and all she did was give me homework that made me think about every negative thought wich also makes depression worse yah if you only have trama i gess this is the place for you if you can deal with doctore walker more power to you she needs to see a theropist with that said i will never go back to this place even if it was the onlything to help me servive they do not act professional here and you talk back for once they will give up on you in a hart beat i rather do grup theropy at rha and i hate rha so that should tell yah this place is a joke an un healthy inviroment i should no i went there 6 or so months and the best thing they helped me with is tell me they cant handle my out berst when they are the ones who corated it and that i need to leave there office after telling me there giving up on me cus i told her how sge was not helping me come on now that is no way to treet some one with even nothing wrong with them yalm a joke its time someone finally told the truth about your scam
