I was moving out of the state of Vermont and was faced with the choice of selling my house or renting it out. I didn’t know where to begin. I perused real estate agencies: some dealt with selling the house, others dealt with renting, and some would find the renters and set up the lease but not manage it after that.I chose Fusion Property Management because they did all of it and they did it with a smile and helpful ideas along the way. They found excellent renters for my house, drew up a lease agreement. They maintain the property for me, and when I am ready to sell they will make that happen for me too. Easy for me, exciting for them.And while their fees are reasonable they take it all one step further. If I need them to check on something in the house, they do it. If there is a repair that needs to be made, they let me know first and they get the job done. When I have questions concerning the house or the lease agreement, they get back to me the very same day.They are forever going out of their way to keep the renters and me happy. DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION OR RENT FROM HERE. This company will collect applications for properties and charge $20 for a background check, even though they most likely will rent to one of the 10 people who’ve they already scammed $20 from. We each had to pay $20, which added up to $160. They do not respond to emails, and did not run a background check. We have LifeLock and would have got a notification. This company caused my friends IDENTITY TO BE STOLEN. Do not rent or submit an application to this scam company. They do not respond and work well with college students.

Fusion did what they said: they managed the tenants, the city of Burlington requirements, and repair/maintenance. Ricky was great to work with: very responsible!

Weve been with them for roughly a year now and Ive dealt with the owners, sales people, and maintenance people. They have always been prompt, friendly, and professional. My wife and I rented through a more corporate management firm in Burlington the previous year and I have to say that the family vibe at Fusion is a huge breath of fresh air. Ricky is a hoot, Ash is super helpful. Id recommend them to family and friends any day.

Fusion Property management is a really good property management firm. I was only planning on using them for a year and then manage my property by myself but they have done such a good job with zero hassles for me that I have decided to stay long term. They found a tenant for me, negotiated a renewal and basically ensured that I do not lose any money to vacancy. And I never hear from them except to receive my monthly rent. The fact that it has literally been zero hassles for me has convinced me to stay with them. One of the few trustworthy property management firms around.

Renting with Fusion has been such a great choice! They were helpful as we looked for a place to live and incredibly responsive with any small issue that has come up. I have used Ashley and the Fusion Property Management team to fill my vacant single family properties. The team at Fusion is wonderful to work with, are extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Been with them for 2 months and really responsive team! There was a leak under my sink (probably from the previous tenant) and within a day they had someone out here to fix it. Super easy to work with these folks and a special thanks to Ricky Martin for being so easy to get in touch with! Id highly recommend renting from them!!!

Ashley helped me find my first multi-unit rental property, her an her team not only helped me purchase the property but also advised me on the management side of it too. I highly recommend her and her team at Fusion.

Ricky Martin, our property manager, not only has the NAME of a rockstar, but does the job of a rockstar. He has been extremely helpful with both finding my roommate & I a wonderful apartment close to downtown, as well as putting up with the bombardment of text messages I send him every time I can’t find the laundry room, don’t know when the trash goes out, etc. etc. I can not recommend working with this company enough, they are honest, professional, & kind. In the 10 years that I have been renting, Fusion has been the most positive living experience to date. “Two thumbs up, a night to remember” says the New York Times. ♥️♥️♥️

College Parents: & all others: Be aware of Fusion Property Management: Only in it for the $$. Rented a unit to 3 young girls for 2016 school year. About a month after moving in the girls were coerced into resigning a lease for the 2017-2018 school year. Due to school things, semesters abroad etc that arose they were not going to be able to keep the apartment. We gave them 4 months notice, ample time to find a tenant. They want to charge the girls $800 to get out of the lease that hasnt even started yet. Arrogant in discussions about it and unethical in dealing with college students. Strongly suggest looking elsewhere

Unfortunately, Fusion has proven they’re not a professional property management company here in the Burlington / Winooski area. They do not respect people’s time or commitments to showing their listed properties.

To all people: they had bad service and expensive rent. Do not rent it!
