Fast service and employees that care. That manager was very knowledgeable and walked me through a variety of things that could improve the life of my vehicle. They suggested a lot of repairs but werent pushy when I decided to take care of them on my own instead of having the shop do it. The are slightly on the expensive side but you can tell the employees are far more professional then most oil change shops. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Manager Ken is awesome and really cares and understands customer service. No BS, no pushy sales, just straight accurate information. He holds entire team to high standards and it really shows.

Didnt like it.Couldnt turn off check engine light but the last oil change from Valvoline in Anacortes was able to turn it off.Says I have to go to a part store and get some code to put in somewhere but me the customer has no idea where that would be.Save the b.s. and go somewhere else.Your worker in the parking lot said its not there responsibility to turn off the check engine light.Really you cant plug something in and hit a few buttons.Like I said Anacortes Valvoline turns it off everytime I go there.Guess Ill go back to Anacortes for my oil changes.

Very nice crew. Very suggestive with other repairs. I had 4 things done and it was pretty fast and not very expensive for what they did to my vehicle. Definitely be going again

As a mama, love that they provide a drive thru style oil change. They were really busy today, but they had an employee come to the cars waiting in line to get their info for when it was their turn. They are always polite and helpful every time I get my oil changed.I had Bethany helping me today and she was teaching a new hire. The whole time she had a smile on her face, despite the long line of cars waiting to be helped.Great prices, hard-working & AMAZING customer service. Honestly hard to find now days. I wont go anywhere else because of it.

Lines can get a little long but thats not their fault, theyre very popular for providing a pretty quick service considering the amount of cars that go through there, they do their best to be as efficient as possible and provide services that still save you a little bit of money from the dealership.

This is the only place Ill go for an oil change. The folks who work here are kind, courteous, professional, honest, and Covid-conscious. Their staff wears masks and encourages contactless payments. If you call beforehand and politely ask for a coupon, they will always happily share discounts with you. I just had my third oil change at the Burlington Valvoline and I trust and respect their staff. I appreciate their manager, Ken; he is an upstanding, amiable man. In addition, they have a woman on their staff who not only makes you feel comfortable, but is also incredibly kind and compassionate. Seriously, this is the only place Ill go for an oil change. Thank you Burlington Valvoline for not only making me feel like a valued customer, but also being honest and kind. Ill see you in a few months for my next oil change!

Customer service was alright but they over filled my truck with oil. Had to dump some out. Figured if I’m paying $130 for an oil change they would at least know what they are doing

Meh, overfilled both my cars. One cars dipstick was off a bit, so kinda my fault. But the other car not sure what happened their, Had to pull the plug and let some oil out. No worries. Ill do my own like before.

Courteous service and even though the line was long, I could tell that they were doing their best to balance speed with customer service. I thought the price was fair; about $37 with tax for the drive through oil change (plenty of coupons to be found both on their website and in the mail to bring that cost down). You can definitely tell when they are trying to upsale you on additional services and you have to be on top of them with asking for all the items of the full service to be completed, so enjoy the stay in your car ease, but be attentive to whats going on.

Did good job and quick little spendy tho like 120 bucks when I can get an oil change at walmart with good oil for like 50 n seems like they need better management the manager was young and everybody was kinda all over the place

I took an appointment bby phone through their central office for that specific location in Redmond WA for an oil change and tire rotation. Once there, the manager said sorry we dont have a lift, we cannot do your tire rotation. Why did they gave me an appointment in the first place ? I went to Ford in Bend OR and for the same price I got oil, tire rotation, air pressure, air filter verification, brake condition report, vacuum.

They got right on it as soon as I pulled up, greeted me, asked me what I wanted done and gave recommendations based off of what I needed. Let me know how long it would be and boom I was in there gettin it done. And then bam I was done .

They changed my oil in my little car fairly quickly and pretty good about it but the price is outrageous. $100.00 oil changes is really high priced

Rip off artists trying to scare folks to do unnecessary work on their vehicles. My wife took her car in today for an oil change. Technician told her she need new wiper blade. I installed new wiper blades less than a week ago.
