This was the best place to go for the first steps in the right direction to get my life back on a straight and narrow. They have amazing staff an amazing cook Ms. Debbie, Everyone there from staff to patients and residents were cool and friendly and I greatly appreciate everything they did for me. Mark is a really great person went above and beyond for me all the staff this isn’t just a detox facility this a place for you to go when you need a family. Thank you guys so much I’ll return the favor by helping the next person that comes my way. I didn’t feel ashamed being there I felt welcome and encouraged to go on. Thank you Robert, Ms. Debbie and all the other staff I forgot to mention you guys saved my life much love to you all

Great program but can have a lengthy wait to get it and is one of the only detoxs that I know of that gives you a very short admittance window and you get it on the day of, so very day you call to get in you better have your bags packed and ready to go

This facility was amazing..did 5 day detox and was cafed for thru and thru...i would decommend this facility to anyone trying to get clean and sober..great food awesome enviroment...best decision by far ive made in a long time..thank you so much to the whole staff for bringing me back....

This is a wonderful program, but there are some things that are wrong. Overall, its been a good experience. I am in the long term residential treatment program. Mr. L***, a counselor here, causes so many problems here for the residents. Unnecessary problems. He is rude, condescending, and offers no positive reinforcement. He will punish you for arbitrary reasons, or no reason at all, often not telling you why. He makes life difficult here, and isnt good for recovery. I dont know why they still have him on the staff here to be honest. He seems to still have addictive thinking patterns, like hes addicted to power, and welding it. He even has argued with his boss, and not taken direction from her. Apart from that one person, I love this program. I hope the restrictions from COVID ease up so that Im able to experience the program in its entirety. Its a great program that seems to focus on reintegrating you back into society with positive support. It is not peer ran, and has professional counselors on hand and medical personal. You can be on medication, and they provide you with community doctors.

Multiple detox attempts at multiple facilties that were unsuccessful RTSA provided withdrawal symptom treatment upon arrival making symptoms less violent and did not substitute with methadone, suboxone, etc so i wasnt discharged dependant on any substance.

This place is a joke. Carolyn and Cheryl are nothing but a bunch of liars. They let me go on the list to get into treatment and I was on there for 2 months then they decide to not let me in. I had previously been there and they helped me and told me I could come back. They almost let an addict die without any care in the world. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
