Once the quote was completed they were very thorough in making sure all details were correct for the signs and we as the customer verify and approve.After that, scheduling was easy, PIP is very hands on making sure every step of the process is completed in a timely fashion, even when we as customers are distracted with our day to day.Lastly, the installation team was prompt, quick efficient, flexible enough to work with us when, for example, a sign was a little crooked due to the ceiling sloping and needed to be revisited, they did so without any problem.Overall, just great interaction from the office to the work site, team did a great job. Karen was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! I needed a retractable banner for an event and has gotten the run around by a big bog retailer for over 3 weeks. I received PIPs information through another co-worker and lets just say in 3 days time THEY DELIVERED WHAT I NEEDED. The quality was outstanding and it actually came out less in price than what the big box was trying to charge me and couldnt get it designed right. I will forever be grateful to the customer service provided by Karen and Becky.

Our property management company has used several different sign companies, but PIP has impressed us most. Some sign companies had told us they would not travel 15 miles to do signage work so we ended up using several different sign vendors which was difficult to keep track of while some other companies we worked with expected us to do most of the research in regards to the type of sign we needed; but not PIP. They are innovative and knowledgeable about the newest products/trends. They give you options in regards to your specific project. They give you an estimated timeline and they stick to it. My favorite thing about PIP is that they send you pictures if they do an install and after they completed the work! Its so nice to see if/when the sign was installed without having to make a special trip out to the install location. The best part about PIP is that they can do it all- from flyers to monument signs to banners and more! I would highly recommend their services.

I would like to thank Brandon for his help last week. Of all days to forget my cell phone at home, I had a flat tire on the side of 85/40 the day before Thanksgiving and he was the only person to offer assistance after almost a hour of being stranded with my 5 year old. Not only did he change my tire, he made sure I was able get back on the road safely. I noticed a 10/10 logo on his truck and when I went to his website I seen that it was a quality of customer service satisfaction logo, meaning a rating of 10 out of 10. While I did not buy a sign from him I am sure he is just as professional as he was when he changed my tire. I will be using him for any print and sign need. Thank you for your assistance.
