We have used Nuances products and have been users for over 20 years. My husband, especially, uses the current version of Dragon Professional every day for almost everything he does on his computer.Its possible you are having difficulty using it because you dont have the correct version you need, or have never been trained properly.Dragon is not a self-taught software. Senior Management Chuck Schmidt, Jeanne Nauman legal department is completely unprofessional and needs to get educated on how to treat others.Terrible run company took me three weeks to get a running computer with all the information I needed to do my job. The training was non existent due to no one being available.They have no care or compassion for their employees and contractors and getting too big too fast, hi turn over very poorly run company. IT is from India and they do not help with basic IT issues or anything.Worst company to work for don’t do it!!

Using Dragon Naturally Speaking, which should be one of the software highlights of my life, feels like using Stone Age software.I have never experienced A company that has designed its software with the level of hatred and complete disdain that this company has.The user experience is appalling. The software often does not work. This company not only produces poor software, it makes the world a worse place and has utterly ruined the great potential of voice activated software.I urge you never to buy this companys products or give them any money as it would be better if this company no longer existed.

I utilise their flagship speech to text technology, Dragon Naturally Speaking Pro, in helping students compose their essays, reports or assignments.Its a truly excellent application which, when used correctly, can significantly increase productivity.

Do not waste your money on this companies products. They go out of their was to avoid providing customers service. Weve purchased their Equitrac product and find that when we need support they will not work directly with you. You are forced to contact your sales rep who then has to open a support ticket with Nuance! Why would anyone spend $30k+ on software where support is so difficult to reach. If I knew this was the case I would have never moved forward with this product.

I switched to Power PDF after being a long time user of Acrobat.Acrobat changed their pricing and it just became to expensive.I’ve been very happy with Power PDF. Does everything I need it to do.Scan, add text, fill out forms, etc.Support is very good. Happy customer!

Poor customer service and now...Its such a shame that Nuance have done away with the IOS Dragon Recorder App and replaced it with Dragon Anywhere which is a monthly or Annual subscription. As an Author I was happy using that and now you expect me to fork out more cash? Greedy, very greedy, shame on you.Will be looking around for an alternative and advise others to.

As much as the Dragon is a fine product, their customer service rates them as stalkers. Theyve probably called the office 1-2 times per week every week this year. I also just checked, and I have 93 marketing emails from them so far in 2015.

I bought Nuance 17. Due to some crashes of Windows I could not uninstall the program. After a few new installatins my license was blocked. Now I have a program that is completely useless for me.Nuance Germany has also refused to reactivate the licenses.Its just a mess, never, never nuance again!I bought Nuance 17.
