I just finished a multiple week program working with Dr. Amber Dunford. It was one of the best things I have done for myself!! In addition to her skills in the the standard chiropractic back and neck adjustments, she was able to hep with my posture and releasing tension in my shoulders and chest. This greatly helped my get back into weight training pain free! Posture adjustments I will carry with me forever. A+ Thank you Amber!!

I have been going to the Burlington Life Clinic for several years now. They are one of many physical therapy clinics I have tried out over the years and they have been amazing. In the past I would go see a therapist and they would work on my knee for a while. Then I would just get injured again. The Life Clinics holistic approach to physical therapy has been life changing for me. I would go in for my knee and they not only work on it but my hips, ankles and back as well. I recover so much faster. They not only work to help recover from the injury but to make sure that same injury does not happen again. The staff have always been super friendly, well informed and accommodating. I recommend this clinic to anyone needing physical therapy.

LifeClinic is outstanding! Physical therapist, Dr. Cory, and Chiropractor, Dr. Amber take a thoughtful approach, spend time to get to know their patients and customize a plan. They’re fun to work with and they take the time to explain the exercises. I hobbled in, but now I’m back to running and working out. Their entire staff, interns and front office staff are great. I genuinely look forward to coming in. Plus, it’s so convenient that its at a great gym. In addition to being able to utilize the gym as part of the process, they have their own cool tools. Cory, Amber, Ryan, and the whole team, are life-giving. I have complex dual diagnosis of autoimmune MCTD and Severe SFN/Autonomic&Sensory as well as trying to avoid a surgery on my foot. Their weekly treatments keep me functioning, working, present for my family/friends, and improving! I walk into their office like a zombie, and always walk out smiling, walking easier, and usually doing a little gig. Go here if you have co-existing serious medical conditions, and are looking for adjunct treatments in addition to medication.

I have been going for treatment at the LifeClinic since they opened in 2018. All of the providers have been great and very professional. Specifically I have seen Corey Samuelson for a variety of injuries including Knee, shoulder, hip and a recent wrist fracture which required surgery. I highly recommend Corey to anyone needing physical therapy. I have also seen chiropractors Don Levin and Amber Dunford at the clinic for a variety of issues. I have gone for chiropractic treatment to a variety of providers for over 30 years and they are some of the best. Issues they have addressed include neck and jaw pain, hip mobility, low back pain, knee pain and shin splints. Life Clinic also has a great wellness program to help support overall health and fitness. They work closely with my trainer to make sure all of my issues are addressed properly. Dr. Corey has saved me in more ways than one! I am a hairstylist and I am on my feet long hours. I also love to stay active while having a previous back injury and prior scoliosis surgery. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Corey Samuelson and the entire staff at the LifeClinic. I am a middle aged woman with a labral tear in one hip and labrum fraying in the other hip. In January of 2019, I was told I would need two separate surgeries on each hip. I have been working with Dr. Samuelson since then and have not yet needed the surgeries. Dr. Samuelson is one of the smartest people and most effective clinicians I have ever met. He is extremely well read and versed in his field and is constantly keeping up with new ways of treating patients effectively. He uses numerous modalities of treatment. Manual work for soft tissue, dry needling, and blood flow restriction are just a few of them. In addition, he recently started seeing my 5 year old daughter who has a permanent condition in her right tibia that requires a brace on her leg and a lift on her shoe. In just three short visits, her gait and balance have vastly improved as a result of his treatment. Dr. Samuelson is the third physical therapist who I have seen for treatment for my hips and he is far and away superior to there others who have treated me. If you have any physical therapy or chiropractic needs, I implore you to seek treatment from Dr. Samuelson and the staff at LifeClinic in Burlington. You will be amazed at the results and the high caliber of care you receive there.

I have a locked thoracic spine and 3 fractured ribs and have been getting treatment from Corey(p/t) and Amber ( chiropractor) for a couple of months now. I have made amazing progress working with them—I’m just about pain free thanks to their expertise and never-ending knowledge. They have taken the time to explain where my body is weak and how to strengthen those areas to avoid future pain. I highly recommend both Corey and Amber—so thankful I found them!!

The team at LifeTime Burlington is fantastic. Not only are the chiropractors and physical therapists thorough and knowledgeable, but they are also very accommodating. I worked with both Corey and Amber at the Life Clinic, they are both great people with tons of knowledge. I play hockey in college and was having low back pain when I got home from school. Their knowledge, skills, professionalism, and manner are exceptional. As an older but active client, they continue to help me through injuries and chronic issues. They continuously provide me with the therapies, manipulations, and tools to maintain a healthy workout regimen. What started out as recovery and corrections has evolved into a regular routine of wellness and injury prevention through our regular treatment plans and prescribed pre and post workout exercises. Every appointment includes an evaluation of progress and identification of needed corrections.Though Dr. Don has recently changed locations to head up the North Shore Life Clinic, I have continued my sessions with him. Dr. Corey and Dr Don are amazing! I’ve been in and out or PT and chiropractic for years dealing with various issues. Life clinic really took time in assessing a root cause approach. The dry needling is a miracle on my tight muscles. I would recommend it for anyone dealing with nagging injuries or imbalances.

I received amazing treatment and support from Life Clinic and specifically Dr Amber. The clinic is clean and very well organized. They see all of their patients on time, which is not always the case with other chiropractic offices. Dr Amber is a knowledgeable and experienced chiropractor who also performs Active Release Technique (ART). She has been instrumental in my rehabilitation.

The treatment is fantastic and the doctors truly care about their patients! The doctors were able to find the root cause of my pain and treated multiple areas and symptoms simultaneously. Working with both Dr. Amber and Dr. Corey has been the greatest help and has exceeded my expectations!

I was asked to pay for service which claimed to be free initial consultation on their webpage. When I finally saw the bill that came after a month I asked them why I was charged for a promised free service. Apparently, once you are there in the clinic, the free initial consultation automatically becomes new patient examination which cost almost $100. I was never informed about this during the entire visit.

Corey Samuelson is a great physical therapist. I am seeing him for hip surgery “prehab”. He uses a combination of dry needling to relieve muscle tightness and strength exercises to increase the flexibility and mobility of the hip. I am well prepared for my upcoming hip surgery.

I came to Lifetime with a knee injury during my high school volleyball season and they were able to get me back to competitive shape in time for my club season. I continue to go see them and they not only focus on my knee but work with me to get stronger as an athlete.

Have been coming to the life clinic and working with Dr Corey since I had my second child 3 years ago. He helped me with techniques to heal my diastasis rectii and got me beyond my fitness level prepregnancy. I continued to see him in my third pregnancy to keep my body mobile and feeling the best I could. After my third child again he helped me heal my diastasis and I am back taking the alpha classes and performing at a high level of activity I would not be able to otherwise. He is kind, easy to work with and cares about his patients and the improvement of their lives.I also have seen Dr Don for chiropractic care. This was my first experience with chiropractic manipulations and I felt that the combination of pt and chiro together was helpful for me to heal faster. One year later, I am moving more and stronger than I ever have been which I owe completely to their dedication to helping me get back to achieving my personal fitness goals. In addition to the amazing practitioners, the facilities are excellent, and the clinic coordinator, Kristen, is terrific! I highly recommend!

I cannot recommend the service they provide more. As a High School/Collegiate level soccer player, overcoming injuries and preventing further ones are instrumental to improving your game, and the life clinic staff have helped me immensely do both. I originally came in with bruised patellar cartilage which prevented me from walking for extended periods of time, and the staff helped me solve that issue in a timely and efficient manner. Even post injury I still continue to book appointments for the High tech recovery methods that they can provide (dry needling, normatek, aquabed etc). One of the best places to do your PT in the metro/boston area.

Ive had neck issues my whole life and it goes into excruciating spasm a few times a year. Ive seen doctors, gone to physical therapy, and seen chiropractors. Finally this year it happened again and I had had enough. I found LifeClinic through my insurance and got an appointment right away. (You dont have to be a member at Lifetime to go.) I met with Dr. Corey Samuelson who is a physical therapist who also does manual adjustments and dry needling. He is super nice and friendly, and educates you enthusiastically about whats going wrong in your body. The immediate change after adjustments and dry needling is like magic. He created a six month plan of care and its almost all covered by insurance. Ive been going twice a week and already my whole body has improved so much. Even my quality of sleep is better. I was honest about the fact that Im not great at doing the exercises at home, and Dr. Corey has been so encouraging and motivating. The office is clean and beautiful and I feel safe there during these COVID times. Im so happy I found LifeClinic!

Dr. Corey is one of the smartest people I’ve worked with in the health and human performance world. I came to him the summer before my senior year of high school with lower back pain, mis-functioning glute medians and poor biomechanics in general. I worked with Corey in both doing manual therapy and out in the gym doing corrective strength exercises. After a year of work with him and Dr. Don I’m fully prepared for playing college football and have never felt better with my athletic performance.

I am a veteran of 25 years of off-and-on physical therapy, ever since I fell off a wall and tore out my ACL. I had it repaired but the subsequent years of many different PT practices were not successful in keeping me mobile or out of pain. The LIfeclinic practice has made a huge difference in my quality of life.What I particularly appreciate about the Lifeclinic approach is that there is a team of a physical therapist and a chiropractor, each treating specific problems in their area of expertise. Before this, I did not know I had problems in both areas and that that was one reason why the previous, one-note PT’s were not helping me.Both Dr. Amber (the chiro) and Dr. Cory (the PT) are incredibly knowledgeable. They are not cookbook, but constantly try new approaches to find what works best or what could work even better. They are expert listeners and interpreters, and are able to zone in on the source of an Issue from a lay person’s description. In addition they coordinate with my LT personal trainer, Mike Harb, so that everything I do is in support of my progress. Finally, a system that works!The office staff (Kristen, Nevin) are extremely helpful and easy to work with on scheduling and insurance. You feel taken care of on every level!

The staff at the LifeClinic is amazing. They are extremely accommodating with my limited schedule. I workout regularly and the care towards pulled muscles (my right quad injury) or tightness is fantastic. I’m able to recover quickly and return to my regular workout routine. They provide personalized care and exercises to stabilize my core and rehab those sore muscle groups, which allows me to get right back out there. There are so many benefits! The HydroChair is a quick way to massage tight hips, glutes, and hamstrings. I’ve also used the NormaTech after Gluteus Maxout. The absolute best part is Corey’s dry needling. It’s life-changing. I highly recommend it.

Life Clinic has been fantastic! After a foot injury that has left me unable to run for almost a year and PTs that told me they couldnt help, Dr Corey Samuelson has taken an approach that takes into how my whole body is functioning, not just focusing on my foot. With this well rounded approach, I have been able to start slowly working out again comfortably on my feet while still working with him to my end goal of getting back out running.

I have been working with Don for six months now. I came to see him having been failed by orthopedics, failed by physical therapy, and failed by cortisone injections. All of this despite being willing to spend at least an hour a day on rehab. I was about to have nerves severed in my feet when for the first time in five years Don understood the causes of my pain and was able to treat. I am now playing sports I had given up and dancing without pain for the first time in years. I am having wonderful success with shoulder and thoracic problems that I’ve had for years as well continuing to work with Don. Never in my life have I understood my body as well as I do today with Don’s easy-to-grasp education. The practice is well-organized and anyone who gets to work with Don is lucky.

Ive been visiting LifeClinic since early in 2020, before the pandemic hit. They were great before, and have been great during. Professional, and integrating PT and Chiropractic flawlessly; the doctors really communicate with each other on your treatment plans and are able to help figure out the best way to get you from in pain to functional. Earnestly, I have been to a couple other chiropractic practices in the past, and this one was able to get me to functional much faster, and with what seems like a more accurate diagnosis.

I have been working with Don, Matt and Corey at LifeClinic for a couple years. The team has been great in working together to resolve my physical ailments...going from pain and dysfunction to improving function and injury prevention...and now I am working on performance therapy to maximize my workouts and hopefully bring it out onto the golf course and basketball courts. The clinic has access to the latest technology being part of the the Life Time facility.
