Easily the nicest fitness club in the area - so much more than a gym. Equipment is up to date and always sparkling clean. If you are in need of a personal trainer, go see Emily M.! She is understanding of my fitness goals and has worked within the confines of my abilities while still pushing me to improve. Can’t say enough good things about her!!

Life Time is the best gym weve ever been to. Weve mostly used the weight/cardio floor which has everything you could ever need. Weve especially appreciated the nine squat racks, TRX space, and the extensive floor space available for mat exercises. The staff at Life Time are all amazing. The front desk staff go out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. The trainers are very friendly.Weve been doing training sessions with Adrien who has helped us make great progress in our fitness. He also put together some awesome workouts for us to do outside our sessions that well continue to use in the future. After doing them, Im more fit than Ive ever been, and no longer fear kettlebells and foam rolling. What weve learned from Adrien will continue to be invaluable to our exercise routine going forward. Were moving away in a few months, so sadly we had to end our membership at Life Time. It was the easiest and quickest process weve ever had ending a gym membership which we greatly appreciated. Were gonna miss this place! Highly recommend it to anyone thinking of joining.

I dont often leave reviews but this has been the best gym Ive belonged to yet, and Im surprised the rating isnt higher. I love it so much! The childcare is great. Im always nervous about who I entrust my little one with, and they do a wonderful job making you and the child feel welcome. The classes are fantastic, well planned, and theres a good variety to chose from, although some fill up fast so you have to reserve quickly, which is easy to do in the app. The facility is gorgeous and spotless, and I cant recall ever seeing anyone not wearing a mask when required. I either come in the later morning or afternoon and its not crowded at all at these times. Its convenient having a spa and cafe on site, not to mention something like 4 pools. We are moving to NH and Im so bummed to leave that Im considering still making the drive down. 5+ stars for me for sure.

Nice Gym but way overpriced and overcrowded at this point. Because of my injury, I pretty much use only the pool area. Whirlpools have been up and down, mostly down for over a week. They are so busy raking in the cash for potential swim lessons and swim team that I had access to 3 lanes in the entire facility. The 2 “reserved lanes” next to me in the “adult only pool” were empty. $170/month for one person, I expect better. I feel like you could drop the rates if you cut back on all of the useless staff members standing around doing nothing. Maybe offer a cheap rate for early and late hours since that is the only time It’s available.I think this is further supported when a founding and existing member leaves a 1 star review and nobody cared.Today’s update: when all of the members actually show up in January you can’t get even get in to your locker. This place is way overcrowded now.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer, Eric Cicciu is your guy! For the past 5 years, every time I tried to lift weights, I ended up with an injury. When I started training with Eric, I was apprehensive another injury is inevitable. I trained with Eric for nearly 3 months. Initially, I was having some pains in my right forearms that I had been dealing with for a year, probably from overdoing biceps curls; pain in my left knee from playing soccer 8 months earlier; as well as a bad left rotator cuff. The first day I met with Eric, he spent an entire hour doing a thorough evaluation of the range of motions of my joints as well as my ability to maintain my balance in different postures. Although the training sessions were only two per week and an hour each, they were quite intense and very productive. The fact that I was able to supplement them with a third day of workout I think helped in achieving progress. Eric emphasizes 10 to 15 minutes of stretching and warming up before starting any exercises, which is something I had ignored in the past. The exercise selection that Eric used with me helped me build a strong foundation. He doesn’t only focus on large muscle groups or muscles that stick out, he also makes sure that muscles that are frequently ignored, such as muscles important for balance and those that work in different planes other than the frontal plane, get their fair share of exercise. Additionally, he uses exercises that have minimal impact on joints, and of course emphasizes proper technique. Within two weeks of starting our workouts my pains resolved, and I regained confidence. Last but not least, Eric has great manners, and was kind enough to send me several videos on his recommendations for exercises when I did not have access to the gym for nearly a month.

The Burlington team is conscientious about safety, but at the same time, seems to be genuinely wanting to make my workout experience as best as can be. I greatly appreciate that they have for now maintained a one swimmer per lane density. As a POC, I cannot overstate how wonderful it is to see a diverse staff, and POC team members. So disappointed. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was unacceptable. I had a membership back when they first opened (precovid) and I never had any issues so I referred my parents, my sister, my boyfriend and his roommate to this gym.I signed up again this new year and came to train with my mom, who has been a member since they opened. My mom was spotting me as I squatted and the manager, Zachary DelGaizo, approached me telling me that no outside training was allowed. I explained that this was not outside training, this was my mother helping me (we have the same last name and look identical). He said this was still not allowed. He continued to stand by saying we needed to train together or not at all for several minutes..I HAVE A KNEE INJURY AND NEED SOMEONE TO SPOT ME!Also, only clear bottles are allowed inside along with a a ton of other rules.. if you want to pay $150/month+ to be treated poorly this is the place for you. (edited this to add the ASSISTANT managers name who told me there was no one else I could speak to about the issue)

Between the variety of great classes, at many different times, as well as a huge main gym, it gives you many options. Not to mention the spa and beautiful locker rooms. Good facility! I was visiting for business from Los Angeles and decided to give this place a try. I’ve been to quite a few gyms across the country. This one definitely is one I like when it comes to thx facility itself. However, the prices here are extremely high. I was told a one week visitors pass would be $150. For a single week that is extremely high! That’s almost my monthly membership fees at my gym in LA (Los Angeles Athletic Club). I only took the one day free trial and decided to go over to Summit Fitness (much more reasonable). Some of us only want to get in and do a workout and get to work. I’d rather not pay for all the added facilities that I will never use during my short stay.

After canceling my account (via LETTER as that is the only way you can cancel) because I moved, they continued to charge my card and no amount of calling would change that so I finally had to cancel my credit card. They CONTINUED to call and email multiple times a day to collect all while continuing to add on new charges every month despite the fact that I have not been to the facility in months. I have asked repeatedly for them to stop contacting me and they will not. Finally reported them to the financial consumer protection bureau and would encourage anyone experiencing something similar to do the same.

This lifetime fitness is brand new and about as amazing as it gets. It has a huge gym with probably 30 treadmills, a ton of weight machines, and a lot more, all taking up the entire 3rd floor. On the second floor, there is are squash courts, yoga, cycling, a kids center, and two full size basketball courts. Finally, on the first floor, there is a warm and cold pool, plenty of hot tubs, a cafe, and an amazing outdoor pool that the whole family can enjoy. If you currently live around Burlington, or need a place to get in a workout, lifetime fitness is the place for you. It is the perfect place for the entire family. Definitely worth joining!!!

I have been a member for almost a year, roughly since they launched this location. I have tried a number of classes and found the trainers to be EXTREMELY skilled and focused on keeping members healthy and injury free. I have had ankle issues and found their PT and massage experts very helpful.- Massage pricing is competitive with Boston and high quality.- Personal training sessions are expensive, but the trainers themselves are VERY knowledgeable- Amenities are awesome. Some of the weights spaces get crowded, but I find members there very friendly- Showers have been upgraded with lots of free consumables, and even toiletries.- Cafe is an awesome place to work, even all day.- Free coffee refills !!!- I recently started a paid class, and have lost 15 lbs and gotten my blood pressure down 10 PTs- Forrest I have ever been.- the only cons to me is that it’s costly, and the childcare help is a bit of a nightmare for toddlers. Haven’t tried the older kid classes, but they look cool.

While it is pricey, I have felt it is worth the investment my first few months here. The equipment is new and clean, the amenities are a nice touch and the locker room/shower areas are clean. The gym is never too chaotic in terms of foot traffic which is my biggest pet peeve of the other gyms that are much cheaper. If you make the most of the place, you will feel like the price you are paying is a steal more than a waste. For all the people complaining are the same people that go there and feel entitled because you pay a high rate for a gym. Most of the people I have interacted with there are down to earth and nice people which is a nice change from the usual gym bros/high schoolers of the other local gyms.My only complaint is the guest policy is pretty confusing. You are told you have two passes a month which is fine. However, you can only have 1 person use one of the passes. They would have to wait another month to be able to use another guest pass without paying the $30. Also, guests arent allowed on weekends which I think might only be a summer thing. If not, that seems a little unreasonable as well. I could see if it is for the summer as the pool areas are crowded unsurprisingly.

Someone needs to take control of the situation or I will be revoking my membership in the future. I really believe children should have their entire separate area and let the adults take advantage of the relaxation spa area. Lifetime Fitness offers you everything you could ever want to maintain a peak fitness lifestyle. However, its definitely not a place for anyone who isnt serious about that type of goal, so theres definitely a level of mental and emotional buy-in needed to get used to the culture here. Ive never actually been in this facility before, but the purpose of this review is to highlight the issue of traffic and so many near misses Ive had with people pulling out of this place. Especially on the road connected to Middlesex Turnpike. People either try to pull out of the gym and make the left on Middlesex, across 2 lanes and a double yellow, usually while traffic is flowing at like 45 mph (why not drive out of the other entrance and make the safe turn at the light?). Or they try to turn from Middlesex into the gym on that side street (why dont people just turn at the light? cant wait 2 whole minutes?) and again its across a double yellow and two lanes of traffic, not to mention just being in a dead stop in the middle of Middlesex. Giving 2 stars because this review mostly reflects the people who drive in and out of this place, and not as much the facility itself. I hope the facility or the town takes actions to prevent those dangerous driving maneuvers. I work around the corner from this place and every single time I pass, I see someone doing something very dangerous. Without exaggeration, its nearly every time I pass, which is 4 times a day during the week.

Great gym, a few areas for improvement needed:1) weekday early morning: currently takes ~20 minutes to receive hot breakfast orders... one doesnt come to the gym for a 5:15am class before work, so that they can sit for 20 minutes waiting for breakfastAlso... poolside wait for food is not acceptable... waited for 40 minutes for a salad and corn today, in the area with the tables outsideIf this doesnt improve, well eat elsewhere. We also visit the Westwood club, where the wait time is one third the time.2) some of the morning studio classes, especially on weekends, are scheduled too closely together, leading to crowds waiting for previous attendees to vacate, so that we can enter and set up equipment for the next class... a 15 minute buffer in between is too shortLastly, 3) weve been LT members in 3 different states for over 9 years... every club except this one has some Precor elliptical machines that can incline... except for this clubWe are contributing over $2,400 per year in fees, hopefully our feedback will be acted upon.

If you are a military member I would run from this gym. They are not military friendly. They claim your account will be placed on hold when you need to travel, but then continue to charge you. I tried resolving this with the company but they said too bad.In addition their policy is to see a copy of your orders to place your account on hold. So for those of us traveling on TDY for schools and such are screwed. This is my first negative review. I try to resolve all issues with the company, however this one is not military friendly and does not support us which would have been fine if they told me this up front. However they lied when I was joining and told me they are fully supportive.

I’m from Chicago and went to the one in Westwood with no problem but this one in Burlington did not let me in and wouldn’t tell me why. I’ve been a member for 6 yrs now and I can’t use the gym while I’m out of town for one day...

Extremely beautiful gym and spa. Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. Unfortunately you have to be around them at the door and on the gym floor.
