I have been working out with Peter for over 5 years. He pushes you to work hard within your limitations, he is very knowledgeable and can pin point potential muscle problems and recommends how to strengthen the area. His equipment is in excellent condition and is a lot of fun to train with.
I highly recommend Peter Milhouse and Fortify Fitness. I showed up at the gym overweight and out of shape with bad knees, no balance and not able to do a push-up. I could still stand to lose a few pounds but I’m in much better shape and I can do plenty of push-ups. Peter helped motivate me and keep me on track. Go see him!

Peter is an exception trainer and has an awesome space for every type of person and instruction. If you can think of it related to fitness, he probably has it, from MyZone to Power Racks to awesome studio for spin and yoga. 100% recommend!
Great gym! Plenty of open space and so far the volume of people has been perfect.
