I like this store is they have many professional representatives give out valuable consultation and help.July 28 2021, I visited this store, when I looking for wood putty, one staff bring me all the way to the aisle, introduce different products, helped me to make a right decision to make purchasing. When I looking for a black pipe, two guys did the same thing, helped me to pick up the right one ( one name Den).A supervisor in lumber department helped me to cut the plastic tie and check out, Lisa too.Josh help me to load the lumbers in the hot day.My heartfelt thanks to all the representatives helping me. You are the best.
Worthless. I have been in 3 times (1hr round trip) to get my Ridgid tool fixed under my warranty. Every time I am told that they need to wait for a technician to be in to do it. They wont take the tool because they do not know how to enter it in the computer and they tell me that no one is answering to help him. The last time he told me I dont know what else you want me to do.... 😳. I will probably order the part online and fix it myself
Beware that if you discuss rental arrangement with one associate and it has any peculiarities - you will need to ensure that same individual assists you upon return of rental or you may come away as unhappy with the experience as I did.I am in the market for a new zero turn mower. I decided I want to buy a high end residential Toro (nearly $6,000.00) that is sold through Home Depot. When I saw they rented a commercial version of what I am considering, I figured it was the perfect opportunity to see how a Toro performed before I spent that much $$$.The Toro performed even better than I expected, and I took the time to blow it down and clean/wash/detail it out when I was done so I could get a sense of how much effort that involved. Unfortunately a different associate received the rental return and decided that the 30 minutes it was late by made it a full day rather than the half day rental (was in line to return by 12:05p), and thereby ensured my $$$ is going to go to a local (45 min away unfortunately) Toro dealer instead.I gave two stars rather than one because it was as much my fault for relying upon a verbal indication that as long as it was back by noon, it would be ok - rather than abiding to the exact letter of the contract of 11:38a.
This place can be hit or miss with help to your car but there tool rental section has got a couple ED and friends that go out there way to help .
