Meant to leave a review for this place. They took forever to find me a job (still didnt). When I was supposed to have an interview set-up by them for a job, they never came through. Got a job through another agency. Took the other agency a week. This agency didnt reach out to me until after a month. By then, I was already working through the other agency. Honestly, I dont even know what these guys do here. The girl behind the desk transfers you constantly and no one is EVER in. Also, forget leaving a voice message. They dont call back.

The staff behide the door is awesome. But the receptionist has a very very very bad attitude. There is no need for attitude when you dont know what kind of day that person might be having, so the best thing to do is go home especially when u have to look at people all day, so crazy u dont wanna mix.ThanksMB

Great place to get a job

This is a great place to find a job. There are a variety of job opportunities available on a regular basis and the owner of the company really looks out for all of her employees.

My first interview was okay. The person who interviewed me was very friendly and seemed very interested. I was called back for a second interview at a different location. The second interview was quick and I was just asked questions regarding my availability and I informed them I was very open. I was told that was great and they hoped to start me early the following week. I was told the next phone call Id receive should be a job offer. Its been nearly three weeks and I have heard nothing. I have called multiple times, and even left multiple messages just trying to get an update. I am sent to his voicemail every time and the last time I called the receptionist acted as if I was taking too much of her time. If they decided to go with someone else I wouldve at least liked a phone call stating so. Very unprofessional.

This place is horrible I would not recommend it to ANYONE. They are very unprofessional and Im very disappointed in the service. I was due for an update and they still offered me a job dispite the fact that I was due for an update so I didnt go to the job because I was due for an update and I called them they told me they decided not to work me anymore because their staff made a mistake and put me on a job they shouldve never put me on without doing an update VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!

I interviewed for the Accountant/Bookkeeper staff position at the Burlington office.I was told by Rhonda Brown she had been looking for someone to fill the position for 1.5 years.My experience and qualifications were exactly what she was looking for.I was interviewed by the part-time bookkeeper, her boyfriend and then Rhonda herself.At that time I was told I may be interviewed by her mother, who was the past accountant/bookkeeper.I received an email from Rhonda 3 days later she had decided to have her CPA firm handle the job.

I have worked with The Agency, Inc. in Burlington, Greensboro, and Asheboro for about 15 years. The President Rhonda Brown and the Vice-President Kathyrn Callicutt are the most professional and honest people that you will want to meet. They have always provided the temps needed to run my business efficiently.

Rhonda Brown the owner of this company is emotionally unstable and thinks she has power to mess with peoples lives. In January 2015 she hired me with me leaving a good job I already had with all these big promises. I to was hired as the accountant and was more then qualified for the position. She never gave me the tools I needed to do the job and relied on her mother to teach me. Her mother is up in her years and the only care giver of a dependent adult son always needing care. Rhonda severed my employment with her one week after I a single person just closed on my home. God continues to bless me but I want others to know dont listen to false hopes from this lady.she doesnt care about her family much less an employee.

Terrible been calling them 2 times a day for weeks and get same answer! They only give jobs to certain people that they know.

The jobs suck! The employees there dont help you, and every job you get from here the working conditions are horrible plus the pay is maximum $9hr. Low hours!

Took them a week to let me know they cant service my company. Reason being : low volume. I guess they only deal with big corporations which I dont mind but they should have said that from the beginning and not make me wait for a full week to get an answer. Very bad service.
