Good customer service from a local business. The owner is kind and fair. Good communication

I was having computer issues even after I had Geek Squad fix my computer. I called Slades Corners and booked an appointment. Chris came to my house and went over everything that the Squad had done to my computer and figured out it was actually a Spectrum problem. So, Spectrum came out and changed my modem and checked a few things. Still, I was having issues. Chris came back and went over the issues again and its still a Spectrum issue but they are coming back. My point here is I have never had such great customer service from a company. Chris even typed out a dialogue for me to share with Spectrum when I spoke with them because I am techno-challenged. This company is wonderful from the receptionist, Gabby, to the owner, Chris. I will NEVER use Geek Squad again after my tech support contract is up. Great service and reasonably priced plus integrity! What a concept!

Even though they could not recover the information from my corrupted hard drive I would still definitely return if I have a future computer issue. Staff was efficient and excellent to deal with. They were able to put me in touch with another company that should be able to get me the data I need.

Friendly and fantastic customer service. Great communication and quite knowledgeable. Our 18 year old TV antenna on the roof used to bring in about 40 over the air channels, but stopped working. Chris came to the house to diagnose the problem and came back the next week as promised to make repairs and clean connections. We now receive 102 over the air channels. Incredible!

These people are friendly, easy to work with on your problems. and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about computers. In my opinion, they beat other corporate computer repair businesses ANY DAY!! I would recommend them to anyone........you cannot go wrong by going to them!!

Spilled hot tea on my macbook. After Apple telling me it was going to cost $800, Chris repaired it completely in 1 day for a lot less. Super discovery of this small business and will give them all of my service business. Honest, prompt, great results.
