My laptop crashed. I hadnt done a backup in a couple weeks. Its shocking how many files are created and/or updated in a short amount of time until you dont have them anymore. Called Interpreting Technology to hopefully have my files recovered. Within 5 hours I had a full backup of my entire hard drive. Thank you for helping me out when I needed it most!

I let my computer battery go down while I was in the midst of working, and my file was lost.. The people at Interpreting Tech were kind and patient and above all knowledgeable. I got a new laptop and they have restored everything, most importantly my Google account, when I had lost my password. These guys are rock stars!!! My business server went down on Thursday afternoon which basically shuts us down as all of are scheduling, billing and ordering is done through software that is housed on this server. Interpreting Technology is a first class IT company able to provide high power solutions when appropriate but they dont try to push the big solutions on people when its not required. In a world where tech gets smaller/faster/cheaper its really great that there is a company who will tell the uniformed about improvements and pass along the benefits instead of keeping the client in the dark and pocketing the margin for themselves.

Ive been going to Adrian for 14 years now, and Im so lucky I found him. My computer had just died and I picked Adrians company out of the phone book just by chance. While he fixed my computer he gave me one to work on so I didnt go through withdrawal in the meantime. Every time I go to see him he always installs great firewall and maintenance programs for me, as well as updating my MS software. He also gives me great advice through his facebook account when I come across problems or have trouble downloading a file. Hes the absolute BEST!!!

So I called to inquire about their repair services Annie answered my call. I asked if monitor repair was in their technical expertise. She said sometimes. I ask her can I describe the problem to her she says immediately the repair manager isnt there. So, I asked when he would be available. She proceeds to then tell me she can listen to whats wrong with my device. I explain the problem she says hold on one moment. She returns and says I spoke to the manager he says thats not generally something we can fix. - Im not saying dont use this business but clearly something shady is going on.

They go above and beyond in every way, including not charging for some issues if they can be repaired quickly.

Interpreting Technologies is great! I spent hours trying to make my computer run properly with no success. I had McAfee antivirus running and no matter what I couldnt uninstall it, and besides that the computer was extremely slow and kept crashing. I was ready to throw the thing away until I talked to Adrian. I dropped it off at Interpreting Technologies while they were in the process of moving into there new office. While setting up their new office they managed to completely restore my computer back to new and have it back to me as promised the next day. It was way cheaper than replacing the computer would have been too! I would highly recommend!

We had the unfortunate bad luck to be infected by a Ransom Ware virus on a couple of our computers. Adrian and his team went above and beyond to fix the problem and recover all our data. They were able to restore one computer completely to its original state inside of 24 hours and the other to a point where all we had to do was reload some software within a short period longer. For those on the line, wondering if you should do business with Interpreting Technology, well, get off that line, move forward and start a relationship with IT! You will never regret it! I have been doing business with Adrian from the time he was an upstart in Sedro-Woolley (about 12 or so years ago). If I need a question answered, I usually write him an email and I usually receive a response with an answer almost the same day (even with his busy and hectic schedule). I have learned a lot from him (that enables me to solve most of my own problems), so it is rare that I need to take my computer in to have it serviced. On those rare occasions that I do have to take it in, I usually get my computer back within a very reasonable time, depending on what has to be done and their workload. So, the short of it, you will be more than satisfied with the quality of service and the professionalism he and his staff put forth. Adrian is truly a genius who seems to have a solution for everything and anything! He cares about what he does and for the people he serves, and it truly shows by the people he hires to work with him. Thanks Adrian for all you have done for me!!!

Great company, left my pc there for a diagnostics at 10:30, they got back to me at 2:30 with what was exactly wrong with it, I was able to fix the problem myself but they were great in there speed with diagnosing my pc.

Recently my computer wouldnt post for some reason and i figured out that it was the motherboard or cpu so i brought it in and paid $20 to see if interpreting technology can tell me exactly which part it was but instead what they told me was the same thing i already know
