They were super professional and kind people! Did an amazing job on the couches and carpets! I mean my children drew a lot on my couches with the crayons, and everyday life spills! Team of 2 arrived exactly on time. Covered their shoes. Had 3 carpeted areas cleaned and 2 bathroom shower tile grout cleanings. They were extremely efficient, they were both friendly and the quality of the work exceeded expectations. Very impressed. Highly recommend this business. Price was better than expected as well. I have used Fresh Start previously for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning services. I have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, courteous and prompt. Recently, I had them clean the carpeting in two different apartments which had housed several dogs. The carpets had not been cleaned in years. Fresh Start came 1 day after I requested an appointment! The gentlemen came in - very polite and professional. They moved furniture when necessary, and were understanding of my limited mobility due to surgery I just had. Our carpets are 18 years old, and have heavy wear - especially the family room. When they were finished, the carpets look almost brand new. And the price was very reasonable - they beat other larger commercial chains and I feel they were dedicated and actually cared about their work and the final outcome of the job. Ive already called for upholstery cleaning from Fresh Start!
