Paid a deposit for my taxes to be done in 5-10 business days. It has been 22 business days and Ive yet to hear anything from DualVision. Ive called twice and gotten a generic Theyll be done soon response. Clearly they dont care about the timeframe they gave me and dont seem to care about customer service. Ive given them a multitude of chances to fix this, but they just dont want to. I wouldve even been fine with it taking a while if they had been honest about that from the beginning, but they werent. They want to hide behind dishonesty. Not happy with this business in the slightest.Edit: Further dealings with this company show that they are purposefully deceitful. Despite a conversation with the owner, my issues with their services were never addressed nor did he bother to tell me that he was going to charge me more than the $250 I had already paid. Waiting for another call now since the owner seems to be a very difficult man to get on the phone.

I approached Cyril for filing my tax returns and Im totally satisfied with the service that was offered by Cyril. Firstly, he is knowledgeable in the field and he almost knows the nuts and bolts of the tax system. Also, he is a friendly colleague to chat with and the tax filing process was absolutely satisfactory. I would completely refer his service.However, I had one bad experience in the process and this was associated with the front office. I went to Dual Vision for the first visit and I forgot to close their main door, and I know it was my fault. But, the front office representative (I dont want to disclose the name here) immediately got up, went and slammed the door stating This door should be kept closed. I consider this behavior as extremely rude and unprofessional. They cant expect the first time visitors to read all the instructions that were quoted somewhere around the door and even though it is a mistake from my side there are much professional ways to explain it. I was not expecting this from the front office - ABSOLUTELY BAD !

I tried this company after reading their stellar reviews, which I do not believe are credible. I would not recommend them. They are slow to respond, I paid the year prior for a financial planning session and had to call multiple times to get an actual phone consult. Even with the advanced planning session my taxes were turned in minutes to midnight on the tax deadline with plenty of surprises and thousands in repayment. I was told I would get a $1400 state return ...they miscalculated and I was only due $400. The website and voicemails are marketed well, but behind the scenes its a very mom and pops business. I gave them a shot in supporting minority owned business, but caution others do their homework before having them handle your financials.

I did not get my tax needs meet or any help from the usual online software programs. The answers were not there, and taking the wrong approach, would have been very very costly...I started to realize I need a professional and not just any CPA, but one I could trust.Well, trust starts at the office level, who the CPAs staff was would determine the teamI was using to meet my needs and the most important component knowledge to comfort my worries!I am very overwhelmed withresults...the first phone call to the office was soothing, all the questionI through at her wasmet with genuine concern from her.When I went in to the office I was met by a very kind receptionist and the other assistances in the office as well, you could just tell they were working for me and the same help and assistance was given to me from all the others in that office.I felt like I was well-taken care of.The ability to contact the office by an online portal or get answers on the phone made the tax experience, even more, claiming and hopeful.I was right all my tax problems were completely met with the right response!I would recommend Dual Vision in Burlington, N.C.to others because your tax needs will be addressedI am satisfied
