It sells itself. One clean and quiet and passengers flow by. Other days trash cans spilling over rude drivers but that is usually only one who just had an exchange with an unruly passenger,then you might encounter several people with mental health issues. The staff is very supportive and my helpful,they get a the credit most problems come from people hanging out.

Free love it easy to get around

Just wanted to say theres a dude in the depot box, works around 9:30, usually wears a ball cap- awesome station worker. Helped me out in a big way with a ride situation. Really top notch. Always friendly kind and helpful. Thank you my dude!!! Keep being awesome

Wish to have a bus on shelburne rute on Sunday .

No real protection in the cold or heat. The fancy screens tell you nothing about when your bus will arrive...usually late. You need permission (and give up your pass) to use one of 3 restrooms. And if they dont have coverage the ticket booth is closed, so youre screwed if you want a multi-use pass. (Even though there are 3 dudes chatting outside!)

Open air, covered bus stop. Bus cards sold only in person, no machines, during day.

The new transit center is great, especially compared to the old one! Nice and pretty clean. Its easy to find the bus youre looking for, and if you have questions there are typically several employees around to help guide you in the right direction.What a great idea it was to have an indoor waiting area! Definitely helps on those bitter cold winter days! It can be a bit crowded at times but usually doesnt last long since people are there specifically to wait for the bus.

Highly unreliable. Be prepared for lengthy waits at bus stops and dont expect a connector bus will be waiting for you. Drivers often times disregard scheduled stops and certain routes will be standing only. Transit Center is no longer to serve the public but rather to serve the greed of making money as theyve figured out how to eliminate free transfers and eliminating stops. Shame on the City of Burlington for allowing this to happen.

Very clean and helpful employees. Nice place inside and out to wait for buses. Easy to see when and were your bus is coming. Nice accommodations for service dog.

They keep it pretty clean. Bathrooms are pretty clean vending machines work n bus passes sold here theyre open till 11pm during the week not a bad gig

Its a bus stop. Some vending machines and a rest room. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Sometimes the buses are not on time, some bus drivers are down right rude, public bathroom if you show your ID or bus pass

The new Transit Center is great, gives you all you could really ask for. Bathroom, water fountain, a place to sit out of the weather rather its wet, dry, hot, or cold. And theres also free WiFi to use while you wait for your buss. Very nice vending machines as well if youre hungry. Stays open till late at night as well, instead of closing around 16:00 like transit centers in some other places. Theres always someone to ask questions to if you need help with the busses.

Great now you can wait inside for your bus to arrive, plus they have public restrooms.

I get the bus here atleast three times a week. It is a great place to wait for the bus you need and the bus drivers are nice. Always on time and the buses are all on the cleaner side (for all those germaphobes out there).

Please post a boarding map of the downtown transit center on the website - I need to know where to board, thank you. I called the number and they dont have a digital copy either, but the guy was nice and I think he is going to try and make one to email me . . .

Terrible. Extremely horrible service at this location and out of control kids running through this place when the staff doesnt do anything. They need to shut this place down or get new management!

Inexpensive and convenient way to get around Burlington.

Staff only helpful when they want to be, place is always swarmed with white trash, street bums, junkies

This place is a joke some of the best drivers are so stupid its pitiful they dont put on the sign for the people know what buses to get on they take off and eat people standing when they was told to wait for them they spent all that money on that place and its falling apart already you ring the bell to get off and they dry pass your drop off and thinks its funny they dont put down the ramp for handicapped people they dont give you a chance to sit down before they take off
