Great place for haircuts. I always thought I was getting a good haircut until I came here. Ive had high fades and changed my hair style a bunch with both Shirley and Katie and theyve always been great. I was particularly impressed with the same haircut from two different stylists.

I am so upset with the recent experience I had at the hair saloon in Burlington Mass. I called today to schedule an appointment the woman asked me what time I was looking for.. I asked for 415 the woman said I have either 410 or 420 appointment .. I get out of work at 4o’clock, (Billerica Ma) I took the 410 thinking I would be fine but hit some traffic and was exactly 12 minutes late .. arriving at 4:22 The stylist Shirley denied me the haircut saying she had somebody coming in in eight minutes… Eight minutes!! How long do they schedule their appointments for ?? I was scheduled for a haircut shampoo and neck shave she tells me all that can be accomplished in 20 minutes I have never been so angry and misstreated !! I will never go back to this establishment! I would give them zero stars if that was an option!

They did a great job and did an amazing job of keeping everything very clean. The haircut my son and I got looked good and we both enjoyed it.

After moving away from my old barber, I was doubtful that I would ever find a place as comfortable and competent as what I had become used to, but HS definitely came through with flying colors! For context, I only relied upon the stellar Google Maps reviews before walking in.Shirley was an expert in my hair style and type, and immediately knew what I wanted after I gave her a brief description of “my usual”. The entire experience for the price was very fair, and her attentiveness left me quite impressed! She even gave me a quick lesson about the differences in sulfates in shampoo. As someone attentive about style and self-care, I really appreciated her knowledge in the area. I will definitely be coming back, and believe I’ve found my new regular barbershop.If told review was helpful, please consider a thumbs up. It would be greatly appreciated!

Very wonderful atmosphere, the woman at the front desk is very sweet and friendly. Jenn has cut my hair and I absolutely loved the look I love clean military cuts and she knows exactly what she is doing! Can’t wait to go back.

A cut above the rest! Katie gave me the executive. (worth every penny) I stopped by to grab a cut and check out the new spot in town. This place absolutely fulfilled my expectations. Not only was the cut the best I’ve had, the atmosphere really topped off the whole experience. The waiting area is roomy and plush. There was plenty of entertainment to go with my complimentary beverage of choice. My executive service consisted of a wash with Hair Saloon’s very own shampoo products, a haircut like none other, crisp neck shave (like the barbers do!), and a tasteful beard trim. I walked out feeling like a true gentleman. I will definitely be bring my business here time and time again. Thank you Hair Saloon!

Nice experience. Katie did a great job and although I wasnt able to enjoy all of the amenities I found the service to be good.

The atmosphere was very nice and clean. It looked comfy but I didnt get to sit because I was on time and the only customer at the time.The front desk woman was very nice and knowledgeable.My haircut was very well done. She asked all the right questions and took initiative when I wasnt sure what I wanted. She carried a conversation but not so much that it was annoying/distracting from me voicing what I wanted and it wasnt self involved or political ect, which Ive experienced at other places.She gave me advice on how to grow out my hair and beard and gave me her opinion on what she thought looked the best. They take notes for your haircuts for the next time which makes life easier.I got the regular hair cut and the beard trim. It was nice to have all the little extras and the beard trim felt worth the extra 15 bucks.It was a little pricier but worth it for the quality.One one gripe, and I would only take off half a star if I could, is that Burlington doesnt allow them to serve alcohol, only non-alcoholic beer. It kind of took away the excitement of going there in the first place. It is called the Hair Saloon after all. Hopefully Burlington gets their shit together, but Im not holding my breath.

LO was incredible. Her haircut gave me the confidence I needed to finally talk to my crush. In return, my crush became weirdly obsessive which lead to some pretty dark times and ultimately resulted in me filing for a restraining order against her, but I digress an A+ haircut and amazing customer service. I would recommend to family and friends. Ask for LO

The hair saloon was great. I got a haircut from Lo and she was AMAZING. The hair cut could not have been better. Best haircut I’ve ever received and all the staff there were great and So helpful especially katie !

No wait, friendly service. Good haircut. A little pricier than the other places in town. But, you do get a shampoo, hot towel and a shoeshine included. They also offer a 25% discount for Vets.

If i wanted a buzz cut i would just go to Great Clips, Asked for a short cut not a BUZZ CUT. Its someones hair not a lawn

I came here after an awful experience at 18/8 in Burlington. Shirley did the absolute best job with fixing my botched up skin fade. She listed to exactly what I asked and was able to use her own skills to fix things I didnt notice. My overall experience here was great, I couldnt ask for anything better.

Definitely the best place around to get a haircut. Clean, Comfortable and Lo did an awesome job! As sure as my hair will grow, Ill be back.

Just your average haircut for a premium price5* for the place and the service, but you dont go to barbers for a coffee, a nice chat or for spending time in a nice place, you go there for an haircut.Not really impressed by my the haircut, and the extra charge for the neck shave is a first. I did not know such a thing existed (until today) as all barbers I had so far did it routinely for free (of course with less ritual). No razor on sideburns though.First and last time here.

Im not one to complain, just a bit miffed right now. My first time with Shirley was great though,, I would return for her services.

I have gone to Jen for years. She is awesome and the Saloon concept is really great. All the staff is welcoming and nice.

I had the executive, which included one of my best ever scalp massages. The cut was nicely done and the staff were very personable.

Worst haircut ever, save your money go somewhere else. I have to go somewhere else to have it recut.
