This is a really clean nice facility, the people who run it are awesome but...In there past 3 1/2 years the charge per unit has gone up fairly regularly. Im possibly looking to move my things very soon. In the past 3 years because of the increase I have paid an extra almost 400.00 because of the increases. Not real happy about it.

They close at 6pm and we arrived at 5:40pm we were he told by several people thats just as long as we made it by 5:45 we were okay then we have got there they were already closed the guy who work there explain to us that we had to be there by 5:30 in order to get a unit due to the paperwork and cleaning the unit and everything else. He was already in the process of closing but because you were paying with card still help us with getting our unit. He was very kind, apologetic, absolutely amazing. I would recommend other people going there. And I am truly grateful for him and everything he did for us

Employee came in clutch and rented us a unit in about 10 to 15 min we were in and out Lisa P. Is an absolutely amazing employee this is the second time having to deal with her when having an issue with making our online payments.
