He custom made me a 35 hydraulic hose while I waited. Wound up costing half what John Deere would have charged to order . Two hours later Im back rolling .

This man is SUPER. Just thought of him, as one, of the many starters he rebuilt for me, just went out. I am sure he will take care of it ( if in warranty still) . If not, he will be fair. Mr Alderman is one of the FEW old timers, that KEEP Alamance county on the map. Super guy. If you miss that hometown type of business, that will ABSOLUTELY APPRECIATE your business, GO THERE.... PERIOD. If you need starter, alternator, hydraulic hoses etc., he is THE MAN TO SEE.

I just really want to thank these guys for fixing up the AC line on my semi when it was about 95° out I knew they were busy but they fit me into their schedule at the last minute and they were able to get the ho its fixed in less than an hour give these guys five star and two thumbs up I really appreciated the business and it was reasonable price to you. My dog cant thank you guys enough cuz it was hot that day!

Walked in on a friday evening and needed a hydraulic line made not bought.this was at 5:10 pm and they were set to be closed at 5:30 and they came through with getting the hose made and handed it to me at 5:35.they kept my truck from being down for 3 solid days.not to mention I was very pleased with the price due to the size and length of the hose and the last minute rush. My experience was nothing but pleasant and professional. Turnaround was quick and communication was spot on. I had an AC hose built from an old damaged hose. They reused what they could and replaced with new where appropriate. Id recommend them to a friend without hesitation.

The “experts” recommended an expensive fix which did not work, I expressed my doubts but deferred to the expertThe first one did not do the job nor did the second so finally I asked to provide me with what I originally had (but longer) and after the first insane charge because of their part suggestion they charged me more to swap my end back to my original.When I questioned my eating the parts that didn’t work, The technician offered to refund the unneeded part but the lady in the office loudly refused.As another customer was entering the business I left rather than escalating, as the lady was.I’ve never filed a BBB claim nor blown up a fellow small business owner on social media, but here we go...I was more than willing to wait for the owner to return but the lady’s attitude and absolute disrespect for my problem that I paid for them to unsuccessfully fix sealed the deal!

Great personal service

All I can talk about is what I had done. I own a tractor trailer. As one can imagine its hard to get work done. I was at the Petro in Mebane NC to get my AC fixed. It was 4pm on a Sunday so I knew if they didnt stock my parts, then I would have to wait till Monday. Well they didnt stock it so I asked them if they knew of a hose repair place seeing as all I needed was a new line. They didnt know of any. Monday rolls around and they couldnt get my hose till Tuesday. I said thank you have a nice day.I went on Google and found this shop. Although they had lots of other work today, they said they could make me a new line. About 30 minutes later I had my new AC line.So as far as line repair goes, I have to give them 5 stars. Great job and service all around.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Honestly the worst car shop Ive ever been to. If you wanna get screwed over and pay an arm and a leg for them to not even fix your problem then go right ahead. Other whys dont.
