Ive had my policies with Lisas office since 2005 or so. She has always been helpful and had a wonderful staff. This week we experienced our first accident (Mustang vs. Deer, both survived) and it has been a very smooth experience. I had my first conversation with Denton today so he could go over all of our policies to make sure we are fully protected. He did a great job explaining everything while being friendly and personable. This is a great office and I would highly recommend them!

It has been incredibly tough handling lots of things during this pandemic. Last year, when we refinanced our home mid-pandemic, we also decided it was time to change our homeowners carrier. Not only did this team provide the best rates /coverage combination we found, but they performed all the work necessary via email and phone so we didnt need to risk in person contact as a high risk family. Additionally, when we first made the switch, due to federal regulations we couldnt swap our flood insurance mid-year. Come this January (and with not much help from our former carrier) the team worked hard on our behalf to get everything taken care of - again, while making sure we were able to stay safe at home.Unless the rates go off the charts, we are not likely to move again - simply for the level of service and care we have received.

I just spoke with Denton at the Burlington, WA “Atkinson State Farm Insurance Co” about some changes in my Vehicle coverage. I have been with the Argos State Farm Agency since I signed up with them in I signed up with them in 2017.
