All Pro Media is a very great company to work with. I was flying in from out of town, and needed to rent some equipment for a shoot we had in durham. Alan was very helpful, and the equipment was all in good working order. But that is what you would expect from any decent company. What I did not expect was that he would come in 30 minutes before they actually opened to allow me to pick up the equipment early, and then let me come in, recharge my laptop, and use their wifi to allow me to get some footage back to Oregon. This was a huge blessing since we were from out of town. Overall I was very impressed by the customer-first mentality that they operate their business with.
