Shred Works is a family owned company, and it shows through and through. Whenever my office has to schedule a shred they provide me clear times and pricing for when the truck will come to shred our confidential information and how much it will cost! I was unsure of the total weight of my shred, so the sales representative asked if I could send her a picture of the amount to get the best possible quote. Fantastic customer service!!
